What-a-burger? More like What-A-CIRCUS!!! Wife ordered 5 meals to go from order window, came home, an entire meal missing, we live 15 miles away, instead of taking the loss, I told the family to eat and she called to inform the manager I would be coming to pick up that meal, where the manager stated she would "Hook us up". This happens way too often at this location as if this is common, is it perhaps that managers or employees get the ordered content that is not placed in the customers bags when they go on break for free meals as I doubt they would just toss it all out. I arrived, no other customers were in line inside the location and the Kid at the counter taking orders asked for my order, I told him I just needed to see a manger, and he called one up but immediately after that he went straight to texting on his phone. i was amazed that the manager did not see this! As I was talking with shift manager showing the order ticket etc., I noticed two other girls in the background of the entry of the kitchen, one texting on her phone, the other just doing something with her hair all while they were processing and fulfilling orders, then another shift leader came out and asked for assistance as she was carrying two trays called for assistance with the condiments tray and the kid at the order counter was texting, did not hear her so I loudly said, "He didn't hear you, he is too busy texting!" a girl in the back heard me and came forward and grabbed a condiments tray to assist the other person with the order that was going out to the table. Long story short, I got the rest of my order, fries were as limp as noodles (meaning they were not cooked thoroughly), toast was burnt, they did not include the paid for extra BBQ sauce which they had to go and get as well as the Gravy that was not in the box that is supposed to come with the chicken strips (glad i checked before I left that location). I did not get to eat with my family, I wasted time and fuel having to travel back to the location to claim the food that we ordered and paid for. For you owners, or shift managers at this location, this occurred on 07-22-2024 at 2:33pm, order number 565191. You need to train your employees to focus on customer service and bag check before hand off to the customer and to stay off their cell phones while on shift working. They need to do better, ...

This location is pretty close to my house!
It's a very clean restaurant!
And, the staff members are very courteous also.
If you're exiting I-10, it's located on Highway 36 South, it'll be on your left-hand side, as you're driving down Hwy 36.
The entrance is a little tricky though.
It's designed with an island in the middle, to direct traffic I guess.
So as to not hurt your vehicle...
Just make sure that you keep an eye out for it and, take your time.
You'll figure it out.
The Dining Area is Open, the times are posted on the entryway door.
I've never had a bad experience with this location until last night.
On evening of 04/29/2022, I had ordered a Double Meat Whataburger with Grilled Jalapenos and cheese Meal.
The line for the drive thru was around the building and almost to the highway.
I had to repeat myself several times, as the young lady talking my order seemed to be having trouble with her headphones.
The line moved pretty fast but, once I got back home and looked at my Double Meat Whataburger, I was disappointed.
As you can see from the pictures, there aren't any grilled jalapenos at all and the burger just looks plain sloppy.
Plus, did mention that it was Cold?!
There were several employees working last night, I'd like to see an improvement in the quality of information relay, so that orders are processed accurately.
Due to me being a Fan for Life, I'll be visiting this location again in the future.
Hopefully it gets better...
Read moreWhen you ask for extra pickles at most places, you might get a couple extra sad little slices if you’re lucky. But not at the Whataburger in Sealy, Texas. Oh no. They understood the assignment. I asked for extra pickles, and they didn’t just come through — they came in clutch. This crew said, “Bet.” They had my back like family at Thanksgiving dinner. The pickles they stacked on my burger? Thicker than the meat itself. I’m not exaggerating — I literally had to take some off just to physically lift the burger. It weighed more than some dumbbells at the gym. At first, I wasn’t sure what happened. Was someone back there in the kitchen rage-building my burger out of spite? Or were they cracking up like, “You want extra pickles? I’ll show you extra pickles, buddy.” Either way — it made me laugh, made my day, and honestly made me love them. Hands down, the heaviest and most pickle-powerful burger I’ve ever handled — and that’s saying something. If you want to be seen, heard, and absolutely burdened by pickles, this Whataburger’s your place. 10/10. Would get...
