I just wanna say a big thank you to the staff ,office manager Kristeen & Dr.West & his tech for the extraordinary care they gave my son yesterday with his little episode . Everyone rushed to his side & made sure he was ok got him cleaned up and assured me he was gonna be fine.I have not had that kinda of quick caring experience even in a hospital setting and I’m not exaggerating they were on top of it . It really meant a lot to me from the bottom of my heart with the care he was given. And I must say Dr.West & his tech (sorry I don’t remember her name but she was very thorough & compassionate with him as he was very nervous & scared ) they were very calm & patient with my son . I give Sealy Kids dentistry more than 5 stars . Not only this visit but our other visits as well . And another thing Dr.West didn’t recommend any extra dental work that was needed ,unlike other places we have been to . I really recommend Dr.West and the staff at Sealy Kids Dentistry . The office manager even sat by side till we left . Anyone that shows my son compassion and great care will win this momma’s trust .Anyone that knows this momma bear and the safety of her children knows I mean every word in this review....

I took my 8 year old son in today and he ended up needing a baby tooth pulled. He has had this kind of procedure before at a different dentist with no problems but today he came out of the room crying. He wouldn’t say anything while we were still inside the office but when we got in the truck he told me that his mouth was NOT NUMB WHEN THEY PULLED HIS TOOTH OUT!! He said he told them it was hurting and they still continued to pull it. Everyone in the office was extremely nice up until this point and he has been here before so I didn’t think anything when they told me parents were not able to stay in the room during the procedure. Is this why we are not allowed? Because when I brought my son home and went back up there they basically said my son was lying and they asked him multiple times if it was hurting and he answered no. He says they asked him once and he told them it was. How convenient there are also no cameras in the procedure rooms so that I can know what really...

My kids have been going to this facility for years now and I love them never had issues until today. My daughter needs treatment I was told she would be under sedation I want to be in the room from start to finish to avoid any trauma with my child. (I’ve had horrible experience with my older child elsewhere where they did not allow me in the room and my child has been terrified since then to go to the dentist) I did explain this to the assistant she went to let the dr know to see if I could be in the room. Long story short I was told I could go elsewhere for second opinion/or to find a dentist who will allow me to be present . I was upset with them because just like that I’m told to go elsewhere when I’ve been coming there for a long time. I really wish the dentist would’ve been more considerate about...
