2 star worthy. 24 hour vape shop. Serious. 2 star worthy for the following. I had previously come to this shop with an original vape battery to show the manager. He inspected the battery and immediately made the recommendation on the batteries he sells. I declined the receipt as there is a no return, no exchange policy. So I discovered the batteries are the same model number, only the positive terminal on the new battery, the positive terminal is flat. So the manager recommended the wrong battery. I was sure I could get store credit. I'm my return visit, I saw the manager for customer service. I told him the circumstances and he said there are no returns or exchanges and all sales are final. I told him what if it was the manager that made a bad recommendation because he is not familiar with his own product. I was refused service. I don't feel the manager was honest and did bad service. His attitude was lacking. The remedy or solution was simple and easy. But the manager thought no service is a better solution. I can always take my business elsewhere. IS LIKE LOST PROFIT AND THE COMPETITOR IS MAKING MONEY. AND ITS ALL THE MANAGERS FAULT. Sorry I have to update. I don't think I made my point. If you are a manager and made error , don't pass it on to the customer. Particularly is you made a bad call and the product you are trying to get credit for is still unused and new in box. Very poor as a manager your first response is NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES. Help your customers. Tip of the day, act like a manager and service your customers properly. To note, there is nothing that this vape shop excells at other than the open 24 hours. There are other vape shops when the manager is present, you will get a greeting and a handshake. I have since decided to promote this vape shop to 2 star because the employee that works in the early morning is very professional and helpful. Good job morning employee guy. I do not enjoy having to make an entire trip to the store only to find out they have nothin that I am looking for, which could be solved with 1 phone call. Prices, honestly I can understand that, but the products? Come on guys, your store isnāt a mystery box. You got to at least answer and let people know, if a specific item they want and are asking for is there.
Like tonight. My husband called and was told he couldnāt ask for items over the phone but they have PLENTY of Indica options. Out of 1g indicas, out of the cheap indica options.
