Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sealy

We’ve been twice since they opened and were disappointed both times.

The first visit I went inside because the drive thru line was so long. I waited 20 mins for my order, and the drive thru seemed to sail along. But they had just opened so I figured they were working out the kinks. The problem tho, was they made the crunchy tacos and they sat while the potatoes cooked for something else and the other items were made. So the crunchy tacos were completely soggy and had to be eaten with a fork. Also, there was little to no shredded cheese on anything. Each taco had maybe three to four little sprigs of cheese, but the lettuce was literally crammed in there.

The second time I went thru the drive thru and went much faster. However we still ended up with no cheese on any of the tacos and the special order bean burrito we had was supposed to have extra shredded cheese and extra red sauce, had mostly just extra beans and the whole thing was cold. The little bit of shredded cheese that was on there didn’t melt because the beans were so cold. It was awful.

These things don’t seem like kinks being worked out, rather tricks to not use as much product except for the cheaper items like lettuce. We’ll probably give them one more try, but so far it’s been disappointing. And it’s a shame because we were looking forward to having a...

The reviews are ridiculous. I was worried going tonight. Accidently got my order canceled from a glitch when store closed. They were kind about it and let me and the waifu stay and eat our food, even pass closing. Food was absolutely delicious and well made. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were weirdly missing two current Taco Bell drink flavors (Dragon Tea and Strawberry Lemonade had "pink" instead). I will definitely absolutely go again.

We grabbed some extra burritos and cinnamon twist for kids going home via drive thru and those were extra fresh and well made as well. They were still just as kind and sweet.

I think the bad reviews are just from people who don't know how to get a good deal.

It's a shame such a nice TacoBell is being ragged on. I hope more people step forward to actually review the place instead of being mad they didn't notice slightly higher prices and did nothing...

Visited this location 05/18/2023. No one acknowledged me until after standing at the register for 5 minutes. Finally the person at the drive thru said "welcome to taco bell" can you please place your order at the Kiosk. I told him no i am not going to order on the kiosk and walked out. Besides the workers, I was the only one inside the building. Once I walked out, I drove around to the drive thru and no one was in the drive thru. Does not make sense why he asked me to order on the kiosk, I guess he does not like dealing with customers...I don't know. Taco Bell does not pay me to place my order. Was I going to get a discount for ordering at the kiosk? Probably a guarantee NO. Heck, I even refuse to use self checkout at the retail stores, why should I place my own order at the kiosk??? Seriously doubt I will ever return back to...
