I had a very disappointing experience at this Goodwill location. On July 12, 2025 at 5:08 PM, the cashier rounded up my total without asking for my permission, essentially taking extra money from me without my consent. She knew what she was doing was wrong—when I extended my hand to receive the receipt, she stuffed it into my shopping bag instead of handing it to me directly.

I confronted her, and she tried to claim it was “taxes,” which is absolutely not true. I told her clearly that it wasn’t okay to round up without asking me first, and she just stayed silent.

This is not about the amount, it’s about the bad intentions and dishonest behavior of the cashier. I will definitely be escalating this, because it’s unacceptable.

I went in to this store and bought shirts. There fitting rooms are closed so I was told if they did not fit to bring them back with in seven days. I took them back the next day. I was given 12.00 in store credit. A week later I went back and used $4.00 of my credit. Then I again went back two more times to buy an item but both items had rips in them. I bought nothing. Then I went back today to buy a shirt and was told my store credit had expired and could not get my money back. I was never told I had to use the credit with in 30 days. None of the times I was in this sore did they tell me 30 days. Even today when I was In line they told a lady the 7 day return but nothing of the 30 days or they take your money. Trip started off fine, got a few things but that's when the issue happened.

First let me say there where plenty of carts, maybe 40 of them. My 9 month old was sleeping in her car set that was placed in Goodwills cart. So after I bought some things at goodwill I went to the dollar store in the same parking look and kept my sleeping kid in it, I thought no big deal I'll bring it back because I'm parked over at goodwill. I was chased down by an employee demanding his cart back and it was not to leave the store. At first I though he was joking but nope.
