I had been to this location a while back and had issues with my order, so I wanted to give them a second chance. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the wings with "extra cook time," and they were still raw, with blood inside and soggy . I went back to see if they could fix them or at least refund my money. After leaving me waiting, the manager came over, seemingly annoyed that I interrupted his call, and treated me with an arrogant and rude tone. He argued with me about temperature variances, thinking I was an idiot. I've been in the restaurant field for over 10 years and know everything from how to cook the damn wings to how to provide good customer service. I told him it didn't matter if they couldn't fix it or do anything about it, I didn't need it. You can keep your wings. I don't need a refund or anything. Frustrated, I drove back to the restaurant to resolve the matter in person. Upon showing my phone to demonstrate how long I had been on hold, the issue was dismissed as insignificant.
The employee responsible for leaving me on hold did not apologize or acknowledge her behavior. The focus of the staff seemed to be on other customers in the store, rather than addressing the poor service I had experienced. Despite spending over $70 on my order, I was given incorrect items, endured an excessively long hold time, and was told I would have to wait an additional 13 minutes for my food.
