I’m pretty familiar with the property as my partner lived here for the last year and I helped him sign his lease in the first place. The apartments are pretty up to date and there are about 12 per floor. Honestly nothing special in regard to amenities especially if they don't maintain them.

Pros •Income restricted (not through the Seattle MFTE program) and fixed rent •Leases are 6 months and then go month to month so it allows for some flexibility

Cons •Leasing staff are never in, I have maybe seen someone in that office less than a handful of times after having toured and signed •The lobby ALWAYS smells like the trash room. The trash room is right next to the elevator on the first floor and the way it is ventilated, it ends up smelling very pungent in the lobby •The dog run always has pet waste that doesn’t get picked up. We have tried emailing and calling the leasing office about this issue to where they said there should be bags or will be refilled up on the rooftop and hasn’t. We have accidentally stepped in it multiple times because of the wood chips and lack of bags. •Cleaning services of the common areas and elevator happens maybe once a month or every two months so things build up •Rooftop has a lack of trash can and thus that becomes a hazard and undesirable place to hang out •No emergency number. I have seen multiple residents and unfortunately we have also gotten locked out without anyone to call •Elevator has been down for a couple days and still no acknowledgement...

I lived here for a year (signed a 12 month lease) and had a friend live here for two years. We both loved it and would have stayed, but moved out of north Seattle. Having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in each unit is wonderful. If there were ever issues with maintenance, the maintenance guy was there asap. And he was super helpful and nice. The rooftop is cute and a great place in the summer. We would go up and eat and read all the time. We did have to bring our trash down to our own units which is not a big deal to us. This is the first place in the last 8 years of living in Seattle, that I didn’t have a package stolen. I also never heard my neighbors and it helped keep it peaceful and quiet. The only issues I found annoying were the trash room being full and communicating about non maintenance issues from the leasing team. People did not put their garbage or recycling in the actual garbage containers and it would get out of hand. If you don’t have a car this is a great area to live with the link, UPS, Whole Foods, and a bunch of places to get coffee...

Lived here for almost 4 years. Wouldn't have left if it wasn't income restricted. Jessica is annoying as hell though. You'll set up an agreed upon time, and she will show up or call you day of to see if they can come right now. I miss Chris as the manager of this place. He was the best thing to happen to this building and the longest I knew who had been with this building. I think in the 4 years I'd lived there, they had a good...
