This was the most wonderful shopping experience I have had in a decade. I have a 1 and a 3yr old and was looking to get out of my mom slump and into some clothes I felt good in, but didn't know how to dress my new self. Holly came over right away and immediately made me feel comfortable. She asked great questions and got a sense of my style, pulled tons of outfits together in and out of my comfort zone. Stuff I would never have picked, but instantly felt so comfortable and confident in! She turned all my negative comments about myself into positives and truly made me feel so good about myself while trying on jeans (?!?), really impressive. She was so attentive and such an incredible stylist. I teared up in the car afterwards because of what a wonderful experience it was with Holly! I actually came back a couple days later to buy another pair of pants and described them to her. She ended up calling me ten minutes later because she remembered what pants they were! I love this store so much they have the best clothes and the best accessories! Their customer service in the last year has gone way downhill. You walk in you’re not greeted you walk around with clothes to try on they don’t even ask if you want to dressing room. A couple years ago they had the most wonderful employees who suggested items brought items to fitting rooms and we’re just so pleasant and happy to be there. Currently their employees don’t look like they want to be working, have poor attitudes and do not help the customers.
