I visited here based on recommendations from other local birders and I wasn't impressed unfortunately. There really isn't much to see except in a couple spots you get a good view, but mainly the common ducks or geese are there. My friend and I (both female) also got followed by someone for a majority of the visit which wasn't the best. It's a very secluded feeling place and many people were alone. Students or joggers. Parking and trail signage wasn't clear and there was trash littered throughout the trails and in the larger bushes like people drink there at night. Based on my experience, it's not somewhere I'd recommend going alone if you're female. I don't think I'd go back.
