I went here yesterday with my fiancé. We found this place a few months ago and have come here a few times because the place gives pretty good massages for an affordable price. Up until yesterday we felt great about this place. However, after our experience yesterday we have both agreed that we will never come here again. Upon arriving yesterday we were greeted by a man who was digging in his nose. This man turned out to be one of the message therapists. I don’t think it’s a great idea to have anyone at the front of any business greeting people with their fingers inside their nose. Secondly, when I went to pay for the service I was rudely told to tip about 5 times. This was completely unnecessary because I always tip for these types of services. This was a TERRIBLE exchange, especially because the man doing the transaction just held the card reader up to my face so I could type my tip. When I typed in $12 he scoffed at me, gave me a very angry look and said something about me in a language I could not understand. My fiancé also witnessed this and asked me about it when we got in the car. I should point out I’m an English speaking black man. I felt this was extremely rude and for all I know he said something racist about me in another language. I also do not appreciate the deception of asking me to type in my tip to see what I will give and then clearing the screen to go to the suggested tips page that has actual percentages on it. I wound up tipping $25 once I saw that was 30%, which I think is very generous for a tip, especially after being insulted. However, tipping is optional and we come here because the messages are affordable ($42 for a almost full body massage). We have jobs as well and are not rolling in money. If we were we would go somewhere else. Due to this blatant rude behavior, lack of hygiene and potentially racist action I have given a 1-star and decided to find somewhere else to...
Read moreI initially had a good impression of this massage place, especially when Meng, the owner, worked on me during my first few visits. She was attentive and skilled, and I left each session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. However, as time went on and she became more familiar with me, her attitude and effort drastically declined.
In my recent visits, the 90-minute massages have been nothing short of disappointing. Instead of feeling better, I left with a severe headache, sore shoulders, and even nausea. The quality of the service has completely deteriorated.
What’s even more alarming is the hygiene of this place. During one of my sessions, a staff member, Amy, casually mentioned that there were rats running on the ceiling and that the roof needed repairs. This level of negligence is shocking. To make matters worse, the towels they use are disgustingly dirty, which raises serious concerns about their sanitation practices.
This place has completely lost my trust. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic standards of hygiene make it a place I cannot recommend. Avoid it...
Read moreWhat happened to this place? I used to genuinely enjoy coming here—it had a calm, welcoming vibe and was run by people who clearly cared. But lately, it feels like the soul of the place has been ripped out and replaced with something shady and uncomfortable. The staff now seem checked out, cold, and completely disconnected from the kind of service this spa used to offer. Last night was the final straw. I walked in hoping for a relaxing massage, only to be confronted by one of their newer masseuses who flat-out demanded to know how much I was going to tip him—before even agreeing to do the massage. I thought I misheard him, so I asked him to repeat himself. He did—louder and more aggressively—basically saying he needed to know if it was “worth his time.” I was stunned. It was rude, crude, and completely unprofessional. This wasn’t just disappointing—it was infuriating. I left feeling disrespected and honestly a little shaken. Whatever integrity this place once had...
