Looking for a Hot Tub—Olympic’s the place to go. First, let me say that I am the kind of guy—like many of you reading this—who is keen on researching major purchases. Replacing my 30 year-old hot tub was no exception. I visited 3 major hot tub stores in my area and “wet tested” 7 different tubs. Once I was mostly over the sticker-shock, I was determined to find the best value for the money irrespective of cost. But as always, the only thing more important than value to me is the way I’m treated and respected as a customer, not only at the sales level, but also as reflected in company policy. During my quest for the replacement tub I found that every sales person was extremely nice and accommodating, but I got the best, most honest feeling from David Bayless at Olympic Hot Tub. By “most honest” I mean I felt he put my needs and concerns first and truly wanted to find the solution that worked best for me. Over several visits, David explained everything in no-nonsense and no-pressure terms. At first, for example, I was a bit skeptical of the salt system that generates most of the sanitation for the hot tub. David explained the chemistry to me and invited me to test the system. After nearly a month of use, it not only is completely odorless, my skin has never felt better. Getting it in position was also not trivial, because removal and replacement required a crane that could lift the tubs OVER our three-car garage from the street. About an eighty foot reach. David was there on his day-off to oversee the adventure, deliver the final chemicals for setup, and document the feat in pictures for me. In the closing, there was a minor mixup with the financial payment, but the company stood behind it and—even at a cost of about $1,000—they graciously took the hit. I couldn’t recommend Olympic Hot Tub more highly, not only for their superior customer service mentality, but also the quality of their products. Do your research, but be sure to include a visit to David at Olympic.

Finding the right hot tub can be tricky and the process not fun sometimes but I’m glad I went and checked out Olympic hot tub in Westlake. I met David there who has been such a big help patiently answering all my questions and at the same time providing us with some humor. Don, the owner was also there and so accommodating. After the hot tub was delivered, he continued to be available through text and email and answered all the questions I had and helped troubleshoot some hot tub functions with me. As a first time hot tub owner, I have a lot to learn and David has been a great source of knowledge and ever so eager to help. Buying a hot tub is a huge investment so I’d recommend going to someone who you can trust. Go to Olympic hot tub. They will take great care of you! Stan West Seattle

Recently we were looking for a hot tub and considered different top end brands like Hot Springs, Sundance and Jacuzzi. In the end we decided to go with the Hot Springs Grandee mainly due to the awesome experience with Gil at Olympic Hot Tub Seattle. Gil is amazing - he is always available and was really our partner during the entire process. In fact I referred my friend to Gil who ended up buying a hot tub from Olympic too. Even after the sale I can pick up the phone and call Gil who is there to answer any questions. We are very happy with the tub (using it almost daily) - Thanks Gil and team at Olympic!

“Terrible Hot Tub Installation Experience”

Update regarding the Owner's reply: This reply is just additional proof of how there is broken communication with the Olympic team; the reply only addresses one issue still pending on the installation of our hot tub; we have a second issue where the wiring to our hot tub Bluetooth speakers isn't working we had several technicians out here on Friday, and no one could figure it out, and we still do not have any further instructions or communication when that will be resolved or how we will be moving forward to resolve this second issue, and this issue has nothing to do with us having to take care of anything on our side.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Hot Tub Olympic, and I must say it has been an absolute nightmare. The installation process has been nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to share my experience so that others can decide for themselves if they want to purchase a hot tub from Hot Tub Olympic.

Incomplete Installation: When we initially purchased the hot tub, we were promised a seamless installation process. However, reality turned out to be quite different. The installation team, ill-prepared, and lacking essential tools. They fumbled around, scratching their heads, and seemed clueless about what they were doing. We’re going on 3 weeks and the full installation of our hot tub still hasn’t taken place. For the first visit they told us that the hot tub had to be filled with water prior to the visit, now after the first visit and realizing that the cover to the hot tub was not installed correctly which Hot Tub Olympic installed now, we must drain our hot tub because it needs to be moved to fix the cover installation. Different technicians come out to fix one problem, but they can’t fix the problem because they don’t have all the parts, or they have the part, and they cannot seem to know how to work the software of the hot tub. We ordered stairs for the hot tub back in February and now they’re telling us that they’re backordered 6-8 weeks were not practically in May!!!!!!!! If the stairs were ordered in February, shouldn’t they be here already?!?! Cannot get the speakers and the software on the hot tub to work and they had promised us to fully resolve the issue today 04/26 yet is 4pm and nothing was resolved. All we keep hearing from these technicians is " This is a 2024 model we don't know how these tubs work yet". So if no one knows how to handle these 2024 models why are they selling them?!?!?

Customer Service Nightmare: When we expressed our frustration, they keep on telling us that they’re talking to upper management to handle the matter, but nothing is getting resolved like I said we’re going on our 3rd week of the hot tub being delivered and they cannot complete the installation. It seems like the team isn’t communicating at all and just going around in circles with the same information, its ridiculous.

In summary, if you value your sanity and hard-earned money, steer clear of Hot Tub Olympic. Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer well-being are unparalleled. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable hot tub dealer elsewhere.

David Bayless is my sales associate. I say, "is" because he was extremely helpful after the sale.

You know, buying a tub is stressful as it's not a purchase you make often, or if you are like me, ever before. It's also stressful because there is a lot of information and you want to make the best choice. Cost of a tub adds to the stress. The installation can add to the stress. And one I did not realize the stress of learning how to care for your new tub.

Well I bought from Olympic because of David and the sales team. They were patient with me and my family as we explored all the different options with the multiple trips to their show room. They even offered us a soak to really get the feel of the different tubs.

David even came out to my property to help coach me on the pad I was building and to help coach the team that delivered the tub. The building of the pad and delivery went swimmingly.

Perhaps the most stress came as I worked to maintain the proper chemical balances. I was not doing well, the water was getting bad, so I called Olympic. David answered and talked me through the problem. But, that call only resolved a portion of the problem. David did not know but I was adding WAY too much salt to the tub. I stopped by his showroom and spoke with him. He gave me lots of time, even with other customers waiting, and helped me diagnose my problem.

My tub has been awesome ever since. I love David...
