We stopped by and ordered the carnitas fries and crab rangoons—both were seriously delicious. The fries were loaded and flavorful without being overly greasy, and the crab rangoons had that perfect crispy bite with a rich, creamy filling. You can tell they use quality ingredients and really care about what they’re serving. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming—it felt like visiting a local spot where people actually care about their customers. Their energy really set the tone and made the experience even better. We didn’t try the drinks this time, but they looked super creative and well put together—definitely coming back to try those. Plus, the location is perfect for enjoying a sunny Seattle day. Great food, great people, and a relaxed, fun vibe. Highly recommend!

A fantastic new spot with great food, great people, and great ambiance. Extra points from me for being dog friendly. Our orders ranged from a very tasty chicken katsu, to a nice fresh Asian chop salad, to the Bahn Mi with Pork (nice and spicy), to pineapple fried rice- actually served in a pineapple! All the food was delicious and my entire group was impressed. We also had drinks, taquitos & the tofu squares for appetizers, and churros for dessert. Everything was great, including the service. You can tell the owner/operator (& server) is passionate about her new place and food, and the chef is talented! With all that, you’d think this would be a pricey place, but the cost was very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed with a visit to Mini Bar. I know I’ll be returning soon.

A nice selection of Korean and Asian inspired dishes. Our food was decent. I think this place might be fun to split a bunch of items at. No peanuts used in the kitchen, so a rare time someone with that allergy can experience Thai dishes. Garage door open in the warm weather.

Cons:

Typical Seattle prices (just a little too high).

The menu was out of date and confusing. A bunch of items were crossed off, which is not unusual. But when I ordered one of the rice bowls, I was told noodles were included, despite there being no noodles listed for that item on the menu. I like noodles so it was a happy surprise. When I tried to ask why the noodles were not on the menu for the description of the rice bowl, one of the staff said there were noodles in the potstickers. Which was a weird answer because I wasn't asking about the potstickers? She walked away before I could ask to clarify. Not knowing what is in a dish can be really confusing to navigate not only for preference but if you have food sensitivities or allergies. I felt like I couldn't trust what the menu said. And I don't want to be a pain in the butt by asking for potential omitted ingredients on every item.

Also, the music was so loud we could barely hear our server. Sometimes they would yell across the restaurant and we weren't sure if they were talking to us or not. Then when we realized the staff member was trying to communicate with us, we would have to ask for them to repeat...

I really enjoyed the food here. And I wouldn't have even bothered writing a review, but the owner lied in a response to my friend's review. So here's mine.

The service was really bad. When we (a party of two) first arrived, we were told that they just needed a moment to clean up a table for us. That was no problem. They were busy. While we were waiting, another party of two arrived. After around 5 minutes the table was cleaned and we were shown to our table.

We played with some of the (sticky) board games that the restaurant provides while we waited for a menu and water. The waiter took the order of the group that came in after us first. Another group came in and the waiter went to take their order when he realized he hadn't taken our order yet. He asked me "Does it matter whose order I take first?" We had been waiting for 10 minutes for service, so I just looked to him to make the right decision. He did take our order, but he had an attitude about it.

We did eventually get water to the table after asking 3 times. It came just before our food did. The waiter wasn't who brought the water, but a lady who I assume is the owner.

TL;DR we waited to be sat at a dirty table and played with their provided (sticky) board games and were continually snubbed when trying to order. The owner lied about the series of events in a response to my...

I heard about this place a few weeks ago because of their Chicago style Italian beef sandwich. So I put it on my Google maps as a place I wanted to go. About a month later (5/31/23)I finally went and OMG....

Service was great & fast, I had an ice cold beer in my hands within 60 seconds of walking through the door 🍺

I ordered the Italian beef sandwich. I was born and raised in Chicago so I know a lil somethin somethin about Italian beef and let me tell you I almost cried because of how delicious it was. 🤤🤤 The seasonings, mixed peppers, cheese, the correct type of bread... All on point 💯💯. Oh yeah and the au jus perfect blend of flavors and not watery 🤌🏿 It came with fries as well, and they were the good kind of fries too. Seasoned crispy on the outside, puffy on the inside.

I also ordered the pot stickers as an appetizer. Again delicious, the presentation alone was a 10/10.

I can't talk much about the atmosphere, I arrived shortly after they opened for the day so obviously they weren't crowded. The vibe was good even tho it was just me and a couple employees.

So yeah my experience was great, today was my first day there and it definitely...
