I've used this location a couple of times but no more.
Sometimes I have postage at home and prepay part of the postage before hopping off to the post office. It's never an issue There. However using this Park Postal I found myself confronted by a liar and thief.
My packages were both rang up without issue and by that there was no verification of postage on the two boxes. I do write the amount down of postage applied but it was acknowledged at all. When I asked the clerk if my postage had been deducted they told me, "yes." Didn't look at me nor the packages, just popped on the label and wanted me out the door. It was obvious that lied.
Once I verified with the USPS app the postage was incorrect, meaning my prepaid postage was not deducted I was furious! I had the clerk return my items. The receipt issued did not reflect the deductions either...
Stamps are money. So I'm not sure if cowboy was going to go in and correct the postage error later and pocket the seven dollars or what. I don't care. If their software cannot accommodate prepaid postage, I should have been told so and not Lied to.
As far as I'm concerned these clown are crooks and should...

Itās really easy to send things out here and they offer multiple carriers.
Iāve had two packages that were sent here and lost. They were never returned and all the tracking information shows it was delivered here. At one point they found a package they had lost and gave it to me the next time I came in instead of calling me and letting me know they made a mistake.
The younger gentlemen who works here is always nice and friendly. Heās very helpful and takes his time. Heās very patient.
On the other hand, the old lady who works here must hate her life because when her coworkers are not there she is rude and has an attitude. But she puts on the biggest smile when other people are around. Maybe she just hates me in particular? If you read other reviews youāll see similar comments about her.
Nowadays I go to UPS on 65th, itās hard to support local when they...

Very convenient! A little hit or miss in speed: sometimes quick, sometimes really not quick at all. Lady at the front is generally very attentive to customers but can leave a line to linger... Tradeoffs.
Price to print a paper label ($0.50) is fine and they'll kindly lump print jobs together under that price if you have a couple labels to print in one go.
Envelopes etc are pricey for what they are, so wrap your own items beforehand.
Cannot ship from QR codes but will help you print a...
