Honestly Iāve been sitting in this for a while. What started off as a cleaning job became one of the reasons I havenāt touched any of my play stations for months and have slowly stopped playing altogether. Like I mentioned, I originally went in for a cleaning (to see if it would fix the loud noise and blowing hot air) for my childhood PS3 Fat. After the cleaning job, unfortunately the issues persisted and now there was a new issue of the image blacking out. I had to return a few times to because the issue persisted. I figured to call it a loss and go to somewhere else and get the issue sorted.
Fast forward a month or two after getting it the fan replaced with another guy, my play station unfortunately blinked the yellow light of death. Unfortunately the person who originally fixed it was not someone who specialized with gaming electronics and I didnāt feel comfortable going to him for a fix. So I reached out to Harrison once again to see if he could fix the yellow light, or keep the console alive enough to retrieve the stuck CD and transfer all of the data onto an external hard drive. He said he was able to so I left him my PS3, an external hard drive, and the case to the game that was stuck inside. The job took about a month and I had to keep following up.
Eventually I got the call that I my console was fixed. I then went over to pick it up, but his assistant did not know where my external hard drive and game case were. Was told they would mail it. Then when I finally got the message back, Harrison had MAILED MY EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT CLIENT. He did not label the items, even though he labeled my things for the first job. Unfortunately I had to call it a loss because I no longer wanted to deal with him and requested a refund. He originally said he could not refund me even though he LOST ALL OF MY DATA. He tried to blame me saying that I shouldnāt have left the items, after he had agreed to take the job and attempt to transfer the data if the console got working again. I had to fight for a refund, and he eventually mailed me a new external hard drive.
TL/DR: couldnāt fix the original issue, created a new one issue, eventually revived my PS3, but mailed my external hard drive with a decades worth of data of multiple people to a different client. Lowkey tried to blame it on me even though he took the job. Had to fight for a refund. Eventually replaced hard drive, but data...

As soon as I saw this shop on Google I could tell it was new because Iāve been to ALL the game shops in Seattle and the suburbs. And Iām so glad I visited ReLoved, because itās my new favorite.
I impulse bought a New 3DS XL from them because I called every other shop and they all said they sell out too fast to keep any in stock. Then I called ReLoved and they had two available with fair prices. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed, and to my absolute delight, Harrison pulled out a New 3DS XL that looked almost like it had just come out of the box. It cost $240, but letās just say it came with a LOT more value than that and I wonāt be needing to buy any games for a long time⦠but when I do, Iām going to come back to ReLoved, because that totally made me a customer for life
Read moreMy fiancé and I have purchased a Wii and most recently a PS4 here and we will absolutely be coming here to continue building our collection. Highly recommend. The staff has outstanding customer service and everyone is treated so kindly. One of our Wii remotes did not work when we got home and they exchanged it no problem, and when we got the Wii they gave us a free controller. Their prices are unbeatable. I have been to several different independently owned game stores and none have ever been as wonderful as ReLoved. From a couple who loves gaming we highly recommend everyone check them out, you will not be...
