It feels wrong that I can't give Sama Fitness 100 stars, because that's what they deserve! I've been seeing Melissa & Brandon for personal training 2x a week for a few months now. I've been a serial gym-goer, popping between various studios and just never felt like I got the coaching I was looking for. Not only are Melissa & Brandon incredible people individually, but they truly invest in your fitness goals and work to help you achieve them. Before every workout they check in and ask "how are you feeling, is anything sore today?" and go as far to reach out after a workout to see how I'm doing the next day. Their studio is simply gorgeous and they take pride in keeping it clean and comfortable for their clients. They've built a warm and welcoming community that is SO hard to find in the fitness space.

Their HIIT classes are the best for busy people who want maximum results from minimum time. While it is fast paced, it can be very personalized and you can work out at your own level. I started from having not worked out in a decade and I felt welcomed and supported from the get go.
