Terrible Customer Experience – Would Not Recommend
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Sleepers in Seattle / Savvy Home that I feel obligated to share. I placed an order for a hide-away mattress assembly and mattress for my boutique inn, expecting a reasonably prompt and professional service. Instead, it took over three months for the product to finally arrive – an unacceptable delay with no proactive communication or updates on status from the company during that time.
Throughout the entire process, I had to chase them repeatedly just to get any semblance of an update. Emails and calls often went unanswered or were vague at best. When the mattress assembly finally showed up, it came with no installation instructions, leaving me guessing on how to put everything together properly.
This whole ordeal was incredibly frustrating. The lack of transparency, basic customer support, and attention to detail was astonishing for a company that sells furniture at a premium price point.
Bottom line: I would not recommend Sleepers in Seattle / Savvy Home to anyone looking for reliability or decent customer service. Shop elsewhere if you want...
Read moreWe ordered a coffee table online and it was advertised as part of their quick ship stock that would be delivered in approximately 4 weeks. After paying our order was confirmed but no communication has come from them and it’s been 6 weeks. After 2 weeks I emailed to check status and received an auto reply that they would get back to me. No reply came. After 2 more weeks I emailed them again. Got their auto email reply but nothing further. I’ve tried to call but they don’t answer the phone. I’m about ready to call my credit card company to cancel payment as I have no belief that our table is coming. We feel robbed! UPDATE- The day after the above review was posted we received an email about our order and delivery. We did receive our table yesterday and it appears to be in fine condition. There was one tiny divit in the travertine table top but as this is a stone top I realize that stone is imperfect. The table is as pictured on the website and we are pleased with our purchase. Read moreDo NOT buy from this business. I originally ordered a $4k pull out sofa in August which was supposed to be delivered by the early Oct. The end of September they informed me that sofa is no longer in production - 1 MONTH LATER!!! I ordered a different sofa and they stated it would be delivered by mid-November - before Thanksgiving as I needed it for guests.
On Nov 15th I reached out to them. They told me the fabric I ordered was out of stock and the sofa hadn't even been produced. THEY HADN'T EVEN CONTACTED ME!!! They promised it would be completed and sent out on Nov 27th. Beatrice the Customer Service Manager stated she would watch the order and ensure everything was taken care of. I never heard anything else until I emailed on Dec 3rd. No response from them on whether it shipped. I followed up today Dec 5th and got more excuses and they stated it hadn't shipped and they had no true status. Their excuse was they "have to take vacation for Thanksgiving."
