Every instructor Iâve taken classes with has been fantastic: supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.
If youâre new, start with a Yin Yoga class, itâs the perfect entry point to reconnect with your body and release everything youâve been holding onto.
I also love the Divine Feminine monthly circles. Theyâre deeply healing, empowering, and have helped me feel more grounded and connected to myself.

   Read moreHonestly not sure why this studio isn't more popular! Everything is so perfect from Emily's calm and healing presence to her beautiful studio space. I took several of her sound yoga classes and really enjoyed the variety of instruments she used and absolutely love when she uses her voice!! That is definitely my favorite type of healing music. Her voice just touches my heart and even made me emotional/teary eyed.
I also love that the bus stop is only a few minutes away but there is also a large parking lot available to those who drive. The studio has high ceilings and felt very clean. Emily provides all the props including eye masks. She sanitizes after each use which I truly appreciate.

We both had a very calming experience. We were received well and made us feel very comfortable for our first experience here. And the best thing is, you have to do nothing!You just lie down and accept the sounds and healing process.
I struggle with meditation, sound healing really helped my mind to calm down (and stop yapping). I had goosebumps throughout the session- came out feeling lighter than I did when I went in. If you are having a very stressful week, highly recommend this class.
