My wife's review; I brought several dresses to be altered and was told my alterations would be finished in 1 week, I went back a week later to pick up my clothes and was told my alterations haven' t been done and to come back a week later. So I went back a second time a week later and again was told my clothes were not done...the owner said I should have called'' I couldn't believe she had the audacity to imply is was my fault that I should of been the one to call, if your the owner of a business and you tell your customer your alterations will be ready on a certain date it's owner's responsibility to call not the customer if the date promised is void. Because my friend said she was good I gave the owner one last chance...she said again to come back in a week....I went back the 3rd time and my clothes still was not done (not even 1 dress). She had my clothes for 3 weeks the alterations were very minor. I live on Mercer Island so to drive to West Seattle is a commute when there are many places close to home. They provide great customer service, and I always enjoy seeing the little black dog that they have that lies in its bed next to the counter. Too cute!
They do excellent alterations, tailoring, and repairs. My wife and I have taken many things to them for repair and the work has been amazing and the items come back looking like new. They are also reasonably priced for the level and quality of work that they do.

However, my most recent experience was disappointing, and I will not be back. I had a pair of pants hemmed and the way in which they were hemmed changed the whole shape of them.
