I love Pagliacci’s so it’s not easy for me to be rating this location 2 stars. I’ve ordered multiple times from this store and I have not had the greatest experiences. I worked for Pagliacci for 1.5 years so I know what the standards are. 1-When no contact delivery first started, the delivery driver called me and was very rude to me talking to me loudly that he was gonna leave my order outside the building’s entrance. I asked him to please wait till I get there so I can make sure no one else grabs my order. He kept yelling NO CONTACT DELIVERY. The app said something in lines of: for apartment complexes, the driver can meet me in the lobby rather than my apartment door while practicing social distancing (it’s no problem with me to get my order outside the building, I just didn’t want my pizza outside by the sidewalk waiting for anyone to grab it). 2-I ordered 4 Caesar sauces. Got a half filled small salad container (equals to 2 sauce containers). How are 4 people supposed to share this? 3-I ask for 6 plates, I get 4. 4-Pizzas aren’t sliced properly. Here’s a picture of the last pizza I ordered. Some were not sliced at all. Overall, I love the pizzas and I know that the ingredients are fresh. BUT some drivers lack customer service skills and this location is definitely sub par when it...

Can you afford a $30 pizza? No? Then don't bother; unless you want a $4-6 slice.
Pagliacci makes some of the best "chain pizza" in the city. The real shame is the price. That's really the only bad thing to say about it, honestly.
The crust is phenomenal; chewy, crispy, and perfectly cooked. Their dough recipe is and has always been a nearly perfect example of what NYC-style pizza should be.
The Chicken Caesar Salad is great; the meat is perfectly cooked and seasoned; they don't skimp on dressing or cheese. But again -- the prices are difficult to justify. $18 for a salad that - if we're being generous - feeds 1.5 adults is a bit steep.
Their seasonal pies are usually interesting, and their meat options from Salumi have always been tasty. And if you're looking for Gelato, they stock Gelatiamo products (which are some of the best in the city -- get Mint Chip).
I just can't justify spending $60-80 on takeout pizza and salad. It's absurd.
Proletariat Pizzza in White Center is much more reasonable in regards to price and Big Mario's in Cap Hill beats everyone for flavor (and is still cheaper than Pagliacci).

Read moreI'd give them actually a 4.5, the knock would be on the service of this place. The pizza here though, is fantastic! The dough is really stretchy and cooked just right. Maybe you get the toasty edges on the pie. The style of pizzas is also really creative and fun. I had a Morel mushroom pizza the other day, fantastic. I also love going with the classic cheese. They have great sauce and the price isn't too bad. About 4-5 per slice, with average slices. One very neat thing they do here is when you order a slice from their case, they alway look, find he biggest slice and give you that one. Seems liker a small thing, but can you imagine them going for a skinny one and seeing a larger one left there. That's why I appreciate this place, it's the small things. Okay about the service. It's not a lot to be desired, but it could use a little help. There was a time during the pandemic when it was flat out rude but seems the fast few times i've been in there that it's...
