This is my second time coming to this coffee shops drive through. First time great experience. Today however really pissed me off. Whoever is making the drinks at 3:15pm May 24th. Needs to be checked. Because I didnât pay for her to whip up something I didnât order. I asked for iced white mocha with extra Carmel, collagen and got a latte. When I expressed it to the girl at the window I can hear the one making drinks huffing and puffing. She then goes to make me a coffe with milk. NO CARMEL, NO SYRUP, NO COLLAGEN. I expressed kindly to the girl taking orders âthis isnât what I orderedâ. She goes to the one making the drinks and I can hear her âhuff and puffâ again. Iâm sorry but if I paid for a drink so she can literally put her foot in it. I would have done that home and save my money. I donât know if is because I have a scarf on or what but she def wasnât friendly. I donât want to say this coffee shop might have some discrimination issues because this isnât the first time coming here because last time I got the upmost customer service. But if the owner sees this please speak to your workers and educate...
Read moreI havenât visited this shop since they were Groove City Grind. Lulaâs is even BETTER!! A true gem.
We stopped in on our way south from a night partying in Seattle to a whole new menu. Between that and my food allergies, our party of 3 took far too long in the drive through.
The service was five star! The staff that took our order was super patient and kind, very respectful and thorough with food allergies.
I got to see the new look through the drive through window. I didnât think the shop could get any cuter, but it did!
Their food was better than a lot of sit down restaurants, and the oat milk lattes had a certain panache that is hard to find even in hotels and expensive cafes.
If thatâs not amazing enough, the price was greatâfor three breakfasts (two vegan) and two oat milk lattes in Seattle for $46 is amazing.
Iâm going to try to visit Lulaâs every time I go to Seattle, if possible....
Read moreMy wife and i's first time together in seattle, here we are in West Seattle and she is a coffee connoisseur while I am a chai guy myself, so we look at independent coffee shops everyday.
This was our first visit to Lula and we are going back again a second day in a row, which speaks highly to their quality of service and product because we value our time and we truly value a new experience and a new taste over a given five out of five rating.
I love the fact that this coffee house has its own drive-thru the way it's set up. I love the friendly service with a smile. I love that this location gives 20 oz hot drinks and 24 oz cold drinks, while most coffee houses I've been at in Seattle and West Seattle offer a 12 or 16 oz maximum.
The wife ended up with a iced coffee and I selected a 20 oz extremely hot chai, compliments to knowing how to serve a hot drink that is...
