Nail tech convinced me to get healthy nails. Such a HUGE disappointment. I kept telling her they were uneven and not dipped properly. She kept insisting they were. Instead of arguing, I paid the $50.00 even tipped her an extra 7, because I started to question myself. Maybe she was right and Im seeing things. Got home showed my hubby and family and they laughed. I was right! I actually cried bc I was so frustrated. I work all week and have limited time to get them done. Now I needed to get them redone. They stayed on for about 4 days and sure enough exactly where I said wasnt filled right (middle of my nail bed) 3 broke. Im super dissapointed in this place. Where I come from if a customer is not satified and is trying to Express their wants, it is taken seriously and not to be brushed off. Lastly I have been to this salon many many times. I cant say I have ever been 100% satisfied with the outcome, but I support small businesses and always pray for a better job. I will say the staff is always nice and friendly, but other than that I will not return...

Hi there, I usually do not do these reviews. I felt the need to this time. I am down visiting for the holidays and really needed a full set and pedicure. The customer service was great! Very friendly. My pedicurist was great. Very attentive. However, the woman who did my nails seemed in quite a bit of a rush. I got an ombre pink and white set and i know that it is a time consuming service but i noticed that the nails on my right were lumpy and uneven compared to the left hand which turned out okay. Not what i was hoping for but i could deal with it. I proceeded to ask her to file down the acrylic on the right hand and she stated that my right hand was bigger than my left and that i use my right hand more and that is why. I did not want to argue and im not a confrontational person so i just asked politely for her to file down. She said if she did then the acrylic would disappear. I used to be a customer here years ago, and recently when my regular manicurist had Covid I decided to book an appointment because of an upcoming vacation. I asked for a French gel manicure, and I am so disappointed in the results. It didn’t last a week! It was so poorly done that within a few days it was chipping. The man who did it nipped me 3 times trimming my cuticles. The Dremel tool made my nails so thin that they tore over the weekend. I have been taking collagen for over a year and my nails have been very strong, now the are extremely thin. The quality of the gel polish seems like the type I used when I did my own. It’s unevenly applied, and he went up over my cuticles so that as it’s growing out there’s a ridge that catches in my hair, and on fabric. Unfortunately, I will never go back again.
