I went in on a Saturdat night to get a new vape mod and tank and I found 1 that I liked. When I got home I went on-line to get more information on how to set up and use the product. After opening the box I discovered that the batteyr did not come with the starter set after the young lady at the counter said everything was in the kit and it was ready to go. If that was not bad enough that the sales person said all that she knew about the products was which one they sold the most of and could not give me anymore information than that. After I started to look up directions on set up I ran across the Rigel mini starter set on 4 differant retail sites and found out that I paid 300% ( and I am not joking) more for the exact same product. Now I understand from being in bussiness that you have to make money but I feel that paying $96 for the SAME exact item in the same color that 4 other retail stores prices were between $32 and $38 was kind of an excessive amount to pay. The very next morning I went back to return the item and was told by a totally other sales woman that they will not take any returns and that I was just going to have to live with my purchase. I feel like such a sucker for beliveing what most of the reviews were. All I have to say is that the sales people do not seem to know anything about their products othe than which ones they sell the most of which seem to be in the $130 price range which I would bet you can purchase for $50 anywhere else. I will say that they do sell a decent vape juice and know something about them but if you are going to purchase anything else expect to pay the same 300% mark up as I did. So.... they seem to have a sales staff that has no intention on learning about the products that they sell and have NO problem selling things at VERY INFLATED prices. I know this is not the sales staff fault with the pricing because I was told it is the owner that decides what the prices are and that they have no say in the matter. I understand why they do not allow returns its because after you leave and then find out that you have just been taken advantage of they would never sell a thing. I will say that I will NEVER shop there again and I suggest that if you do, that you do your research first. I plan to go to another vape shop that knows about their products and that they are happy to make sure that you leave satisfied. Yours...

I came in the other day to buy a new vape, I recently lost my drivers license and am in the process of getting a new one, so I've been carrying around my passport with me as means of picture identification. The girl working told me passports aren't allowed and they wouldn't accept it?? She said that her boss said they weren't allowed to, which was confusing because you can buy alcohol, and even get into bars with your passport, as long as it's a government issued form of ID with your picture on it, it should be valid. I have become a regular, and I am truly coming here. The girls are sweet and accommodating and will answer questions. I really like the quality of their gummies. Great flavor, and don't stick to the teeth.😆😁 they a big tower of incense, Larg select of artistic pipes, special elevated drinks.😉 Now, for the people looking for tapes, this may not be your cup of tea. The prices are a little higher than some other places. Take it out and see if it works there because there are no refunds due to policies and regulations. All and I truly enjoy coming here.
