From the moment I walked in, Savanna greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive to my needs. I had a few complicated packages to ship, and she handled everything with ease and professionalism. She was knowledgeable about all the shipping options and helped me find the best solution that fit my budget and timeline.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. She even helped me with some last-minute printing and copying, which saved me a lot of time and stress. It's clear that Savanna genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

Read moreNew location, new team? The woman who helped me today (Kelly) seemed very spacey, moved slow & was extremely unskilled with a tape gun. Our company has a business account for billing with UPS, but despite asking first, was told at the very end that they don't accept account numbers because they're a franchise location. . . . . I asked for something to be taped a specific way, she completely ignored that request. Instead she applied an excessive amount of tape elsewhere, which was barely adhered to the box because it was bunched so badly. She then flipped the box upside-down, despite all the fragile orientation arrows & perishable warnings on the box. There were 6 or 7 workers in there, but only one manning the counter while a lined formed... Plenty of good people looking for work out there, hire until you got the right...
Read moreI drove half an hour to get here, then waited in line for 15 minutes to get a document for work notarized. When it was my turn, I was asked what I needed and told them. The employees seemed to debate who/how it would be done, to then have the person who started helping me declare that they were going on lunch, that they needed both of them to notarize my document, and that I would have to wait an hour to get my document notarized. When asked where else I could get this service, they then proceeded to give me ambiguous directions to other places to get it notarized, taking about as much time as it would have taken to provide the service that this store supposedly provides.
