The company that manufactured our vacuum cleaner has gone out of business so we contacted Larry at Security. He told us he could refurbish certain parts as well as supply the new parts he had in stock. He was very thorough in his description of what he would do. We had to ship the parts to him as we are in a rural area. He received them, did repairs the next day and immediately shipped back to us along with some replacement parts. It works better than ever! Went into this Sew and Vac store to look for a belt for my Vaccuum, he informed me that he hated Dyson Vaccuums and that they were worthless. I showed him the belt I needed and told me that I couldn’t buy just the belt, that I had to buy the whole assembly. And then he said I shouldn’t be replacing the belt because it was hard to do. I showed him how I did it and asked for advice and then he proceeded to tell me “I was a mechanic at 16 too, that doesn’t mean I fixed everything right” Not for sure what his name was frankly I could care less. He is amazing just amazing. He is very over worked and under paid. He is so busy all the time. He really needs some help with his over all cash bring in.
