Where to start... The experience as a whole was the best one I've had when its comes to any of the Tattoos that I have ever gotten! From the experience with the artist (Chris) to the visit at the shop and the piece that came out, it all the way around was phenomenal… Chris did a phenomenal job on my piece. When I told him my idea and what I had in my head he made it happen how I envisioned it, plus a little more, I was blown away!! The coolest part about my experience with Tattoo X was the staff as a whole and the vibe of the shop... All of the staff from Chris himself to the other artists, to Jasmine who helps up front, they were so comfortable and pleasant to be around. The shop was so nice and clean, and the all the décor really set the tone that you knew you were going be in good hands! I have to say Chris himself is such an awesome person, from the talent that he projects through his work to the personality he has. I would have to say my favorite part of getting my tattoo was our conversation and the talk we had over the course of the 4 hours I was there. That alone was well worth the money spent and the pain of the tattoo! I have been to a handful of tattoo shops here in Colorado Springs, this was the best one and going forth I will go no where else. I would recommend Tattoo X for any tattoo need, especially Chris, and I'm sure if you can't make it happen with him any of the other artists would take the same care of you... Me and my fiancé came in a little while ago to get him a tattoo because he missed Florida, and the artist did an amazing job, I forget his name but he was awesome and definitely created a great environment, to anyone who leaves a bad review, I think you're just salty, my mom and dad personally knew the owner back in the day . Chris if you're reading this I'm not sure if you'd remember them, but I'm sure you probably remember Shane Hendricks, my dads Ex friend. My dads name is Daniel (Dan) Strahan and my mom told me you still own tattoo X I was more than happy to bring my fiancé in for the tat he wanted, just want to say great job to everyone there and to ignore the negativity. You guys are friendly and efficient. I'll be coming in soon...

Chris was awesome. I came in with this crazy idea to get a sleeve done in a week. He put everything together and it looks amazing. He worked around somethings I already had. He made sure I was good constantly. When I almost passed out he knew exactly what to do. The rest of the staff was friendly and made sure we were good and checked in on us. I really liked the atmosphere in the shop. I'd recommend anyone wanting to get art done near Colorado Springs to stop in here first. Chris was really cool about everything and he had great ideas to add. Prices were good for the quality of work, especially if your in the military. It was a great place to get some art done.
