09/08/25: The crew was holding things down today. Food and service were great. And just a heads up to management, I think damn near everyone that ordered while I was there used those coupons that come in the mail.
09/10/21: I went through the drive-thru and was told that there was only one person in there working so service might be a lil slow. Whoever was in there needs a huge promotion and raise. This was the fastest and best service I've ever had at this location. There were 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled around and he had us out of there in maybe 2 to 3 minutes. I didnt get his name but he was the only worker there around 2 pm. Even boosted my rating from 1 to 3 stars. This location needs to seriously find a way to keep this guy.
5/23/21: Drive thru is about 8 to 10 minutes per customer. I was able to back out and leave after 2 customers backed out left behind me.
9/13/20: went through drive thru, it was a little slow. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal, had a coupon. Got to the cashier handed her the coupon, paid and drove away. Got home, they gave me a single cheeseburger. Are they that hard up that they have to hold out on a beef patty. Even after I handed them the coupon that stated a double cheeseburger, they still didnt catch their mistake.
Drive thru order around 7 pm... cashier was short and direct, from the time I finished my order to the time I drove off with my food was a lil over 10 minutes. Would have rather gone into the lobby but it was closed, closed at 4 pm. ...
Read moreMarch 31, 2025 Update: July 16, 2025 update Once again I gave BK another shot by going through the Drive through and ordered a Double Whopper with No Cheese and when I got home I discovered that I was given a double whopper with double cheese, bacon and it was loaded with Jalapenos, needles to say it went in the trash can after calling and telling them. Then I drove and told the night manager who was the same man who took my order and told him that he owed me a double whopper with no cheese. He said, he was going to talk to the person in the back to pay more attention. I said, what about my double whopper with no cheese that I paid for, he just closed the drive up window. The next day I talked to the General Manager, she said her name is Anna E. and she basically just said "I'm sorry". End of that...... The lack of interest explains why this BK is one of worst in the City. Gave BK another shot since I was hungry and it was 10 PM, went through the drive through and ordered a Whopper. I was given the sorriest whopper I have ever seen. One slice of tomato and very small, no onions, a tiny piece of lettuce that look half way decomposed. If they don't have what a Whopper is supposed to have, they might as well be closed. NOT GOOD AT ALL. EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I really don't know but I am beginning to think that they are serving people what they call The Impossible Burger. I was served a brown beef looking burger, it didn't taste right and I don't think it was a real burger. Last time...
Read moreMy recent experience at Burger King's drive-thru on Saturday night left much to be desired, thanks to an encounter with an employee whose behavior was far from acceptable. With a half-head of dreads and half-curly hair on top, he seemed more interested in rushing me through my order than providing any semblance of decent service. As I attempted to place my order, he kept interrupting me with a "Are you done?" after every item I requested, displaying impatience and a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Despite my efforts to clarify my order, he seemed more preoccupied with hurrying me along than getting it right.Upon receiving my order, it was abundantly clear that my requests had been disregarded entirely. Each item seemed hastily assembled, as though little care had been given to its preparation. When I attempted to address the issue, his response was dismissive and borderline disrespectful, further exacerbating an already unpleasant situation. This type of behavior is simply unacceptable, especially from an employee representing a globally recognized fast-food chain like Burger King. The drive-thru experience should be convenient and efficient, but it should never come at the expense of basic courtesy and professionalism. Burger King must address such issues promptly to uphold its reputation for quality service and customer...
