Poor poor service from car hop. Today at 315pm, went ordered large cherry limeade, large cranberry tea, route 44 cup of ice, bill 3.11, gave her 20. She gave my friend the 16.00, no attempt to give us our change I said something about change. This confused my friend, she handed her a dollar thinking I was telling her to tip her from my change. That was not the dash and she was gone. I called her to come back. This seems to be a new habit at your sonic, pis poor habit. She did not deserve a 1.89 tip and my question is this what you are training your car hops to do. I will never tip again. I was in the habit of always tipping but I have to wonder since I have had to ask for my change if this is a training issue. Shame on her, shame on me for not stomping her. I wanted to call management and was discouraged by my friend. Trust me, I will encourage no tipping on sonic on broadway, I will spread this to car hops who do not give their customers...

I ordered two orders of the large buffalo sauced jumbo popcorn chicken combos, and received 1/4 the amount of sauce there should be. One of my orders was jumbo popcorn chicken, the other order was a few pieces of regular tiny popcorn chicken pieces and the rest were 100% breading as if they dumped the rest of the bag into the fryer and filled the bowl with crumbs. For $9.99 per bowl of popcorn chicken and to recieve crumbs is a slap in the face because we got 1 order of full size chicken so it's not like we wouldn't know how they're supposed to look. It's $.30 extra to have the chicken sauced, but you might as well just order them plain and get some free sauce packets so you actually have sauce to eat them with. I filed my complaint already online, and we'll see if I receive a refund for the order of 4 regular size popcorn chicken and the rest...

Rarely do I take the time to come onto google reviews but this was simply required in this case.

While the people working in this store are nice enough in their service I can honestly say I not only will never order here again but I will warn others I know to go elsewhere, those working in this particular store have absolutely no idea how to cook food, I have worked for Sonic in another town and what I have experienced ordering from this store infuriates me. Every single time I have gotten food here my order is made wrong, burger patties are old and burnt even when I have requested them made fresh, hot dog buns stale and hard, hot dog itself burnt, will not be coming back and if I had the option on my screen I would upload photos of the absolutely inedible embarrassment for a meal these people expected me and my...
