Staff are nice, service is quick but coffee is not so great. I got an americano there last week and asked for some cream and I find that they put powdered creamer or something because the coffee had this gritty powdery white stuff in it when I opened the lid.. is that supposed to be creamer? I assumed they put half and half? The drink was really watery and they put too much SF hazelnut. One of the baristas told my husband (who is a regular) that they use cheaper ingredients so the coffee prices are not as expensive as the other coffee stands here in town ( timber and morgans) I guess 4$ for a poorly made americano with powder creamer isnt expensive??? I only had a few sips of it and the rest I threw away. I own a white subaru Impreza that my husband drives all the time and I pay for his coffee everyday when he goes to this stand for coffee.. sometimes he gets two coffees in one day. The girls already know his iced mocha with whip order as soon as he pulls up to the window cause they recognize the car. I just wish they could make me a simple americano cause I'm paying for my husbands coffees everday and I'm a customer too, I'm just not a regular...we have been getting coffee at this location for about 4 years now. I ordered this coffee when I was with my husband.. if businesses were smart they should give good service to the person that's paying and shouldnt assume its always the man that pays, in this case it's been me...

Barista was more concerned to talk to her friends in other window today (9/7) in the afternoon. Drink was not made well at all, hardly any ice and bad shots drawn. Seems like she would rather play and get paid rather than do the job she signed up for...I get how life goes and some days we are off our A game but to be obviously "exhausted" to help someone who isn't someone she knows shows lack of depth and consideration....other people need a good product for what they pay for and an uplifting experience within reason. Disappointing as their Baristas are usually pretty great at their jobs and friendly...there are those few that don't strive for quality unfortunately 😕...if she is having a bad day and life is hard so that she has to have the support of her friends while working, maybe she could take a vacation day and chat with them at...

Disappointed in my drink today. I ordered the State Fair Lemonade because it looked good on the window, didn’t think too much about it. I got it and the total was just shy of $8 for a 16oz?! That’s insane! There was no energy added and it just tasted like sprite with some strawberries. I’d just stopped in late afternoon for something light and thought this would be perfect, but I could’ve gotten a massive coffee for less. Partially my fault for not asking, but I wish the prices were advertised. I definitely wasn’t expecting a ‘lemonade’ to cost me so much money. If she hadn’t already made and handed me the drink I would’ve changed my mind. Waiting for my husband to see the charge and freak out asking wth I bought at a coffee stand for so much...
