I was curious why they would be so quickly available in the middle of summer and one of the only places willing to work in acs they didn’t install, but they sure made sure to show me they have no idea what they are doing. I gave them all the information the needed and every time they showed up fully incompetent without the correct tools for the job, correct people, or on time. The secretary will outright lie about estimates for when the techs will arrive. They will also claim you will get to track the drive and either send the link as they arrive, not at all, or to let you know they will be an addition hour and half late than the already several hours of being late. A job that could have been done in two short days was turned into 3 very long days forcing me to stay up 24hrs and also explain what parts they actually needed to fix my ac when they are supposed to be experts and providing equipment and tools since they arrived without proper necessities and multiple visits to the store while I’m just waiting in them to figure how to do the job they were paid to do. They were desperately grasping for straws trying to figure things out and even had the audacity after showing late and unprepared to tell me he should have charged me extra due to his incompetence. I easily deserved a discount or compensation or partial refund for the awful service I received with each visit from this company. I recommend searching anywhere else and ignoring the paid...

I am so happy I found Factory AC Direct. As a builder I have installed many units with multiple different companies throughout my career. Devon and Railey were my installers and I enjoyed them as people, could see their attention to detail in their work, and valued their willingness and desire to get the job done timely. They went above and beyond. Factory AC Direct is also one of the few companies, to date, that I have called looking to have the Amana S-Series installed, who not only knew about the product but are also going through regular training with the units!! I installed Amanas on a previous job but did not want to use the same installers on this job. Devon was just as big of a geek about these units as I am, so now I have two units in my personal residence!! I’m on day one with the new install, and I know that if anything needs tweaking that these guys will be here, no problem. I’ve got a new job coming up and Factory AC Direct will be my go-to. I came home late last night to every Texan's worst nightmare: my AC had stopped blowing cool air! Knowing how brutal the heat can be here, I immediately called Factory A/C Direct and was incredibly relieved they could get me on their calendar for the very next morning.

Devon showed up right on time and was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown capacitor, which he replaced efficiently. But he didn't stop there! He also blew out my drain line and noted that I needed more coolant in the system. This was a huge relief, as the previous company that installed the unit could never get the coolant levels dialed in correctly.

Devon was in and out in about an hour, and my house is now perfectly cool and back to normal. If you ever find yourself stuck in a similar, uncomfortable situation, I cannot recommend Factory A/C Direct enough. They are prompt, professional, and truly take...
