You need to get rid of that one girl behind the print desk with the disgusting attitude! I've been going to you for big print jobs for over 5 years now and I am not planning on returning until she is gone! I've been talking amongst other business owner's in Seguin and the feeling is mutual. She is very rude and condescending. She can not just tell you "No, we can not do that here", instead she treats you like you're stupid and causes a big dramatic scene. Case in point, I asked to have something printed and did not realize the graphics were copyrighted. Instead of informing about the issue, she loudly speaks with sassy attitude and in front of many other customers "WE WILL NOT PRINT THIS FOR YOU!" When I asked why she snidely remarks "DO YOU WANT ME TO GO TO JAIL? ARE YOU GONNA PAY THE $10,000 FINE??". I'm not sure if she just takes her job too seriously or what but DO NOT EVER embarrass a customer for no reason. There was absolutely no need for the attitude or the sass. I felt everyone staring at me as if I were purposely trying to break the law. A simple, calm explanation about copyright policy would have worked just fine, I didn't need to be scalded in front of everybody. And if I wasn't in my company uniform, I would have gladly got in your face and returned fire instead of writing...
   Read moreI purchased a keyboard that stopped working within the first 2 weeks of ownership, and I no longer have the box for it. I called and spoke to a supervisor, who had put me on hold, to double check that it could be returned without the packaging, as it was working fine until about the 12th, 13th day of owning it. Multiple associates and the general manager denied allowing to return the product for my wife today. I called the store and asked why I was told she would be given no issue, and they wouldn't return it for her. I work from home, and my wife was trying to do me a favor, or I would just go myself. The general manager put me on hold and would deny giving me the name of the associate who gave me the wrong information, so I couldn't even file a formal complaint. All while I was perfectly within the return policy. This new GM has really let the place go downhill, what a shame. I spend a lot of money here, for my own business, my wife's, my kid's needs, you name it...time to shop elsewhere ... I won't recommend this business to anyone, anymore, and can actually recommend businesses that treat their customers with decency and respect. Yall made my wife stand there for 20 mins and she said it seemed like the manager "told the workers"To ignore her....
   Read moreThey are ok with losing a customer! I went in this store today to purchase a 2 drawer lateral file cabinet - wood look. The reviews I have read about assembly are horrendous, so did not want to waste 3 hours working on something that would irritate me (I put a high price on hassles). The floor display model was perfect for me, I didn't really even care that the lock on it did not work, or that there was a small chip in the front side of it. The assistant was very pleasant, but returned from verifying with a manager with the answer of "no". Unless they have sold all the ones in stock (of which they state they had 1 left), or unless it is on clearance, they would not sell a floor model. But they could sell me the one in the box and charge me to put it together! I was not going to pay for them to assembly one for me because they charge too much for that service. I think their lack of wanting to sell something already assembled, expecially when the customer was happy with the floor model, was a ridiculous move on their part as it cost them a customer and a $179 sale.
