On Sunday Aug 29 2022 I went into the dining room to order, and be paying with cash, There was already a older Man waiting, and from the looks of it he was waiting for a while. No buddy knowledge that they had customers in line or in the dinning room area. I waited for 15 min the decided to use there self serv order, still had to pay with cash, I order then waited behind the older man that was already there. after another 15min went by the older man decided to try to get order done on the self serv, he was angry and was hitting the screen rough.. I then spoke up, with a raised voice asking if we can get some assistants up front- The response was that why we have the machines. I then made a comment not everyone wants to use those, not everyone pays with Card.- Still no one came up I requested the manger whom was behind the kitchen. she came up with attitude _ explained that we have been waiting for a long time- she stated there short handed there was 6 people total. 2 working the Drive thru, 2 on each side where the drive thru orders are made and 2 on the dinning room side- there was enough people on the clock to cover all that was needed. the place is a mess had not been clean up all day looks like-- I made a comment that you are not short handed, short handed when there was no machine to help take orders, you had 3 people working all sections, and we still manage to make sure the place was cleaned, all customers attended too and get the orders out correctly- This place lack training, lacks leadership These folks want 14 a hour _ say no no no no-- when you can provide great service, great customer service, orders properly made- then maybe you deserve that.. I will be making a complaint to the Corp I am also expecting to hear from GM supposedly his name is Frank- This is the only Taco Bell in the area with out having to drive out of our way In the Seguin area- I WISH I COULD DO 00000000 STARS NO THUMPS UP- FOLKS be prepared to be disrespected, not worth a damn, ignored, and make sure your order is right before you drive away.. Read moreI go to this place at least once a week for almost 4 years. Today I arrive before the crowd and order a combination burrito and a crispy Taco. The voice on the box says, "we don't have anything like that here." I sit a second and respond, "of course you do. I get them all the time." He chimes back, in a condescending voice "no, we do not sell anything like that here." Just then I see that yes, they do sell burritos, but its called the Supreme burrito. So I order that. But as I sit in line I think, well, that pretty darned close, I mean very close to being a combination burrito to a CUSTOMER. In fact it IS like a burrito. Exactly like one. Why would he do that? His response was to be a mothering school teacher. To correct me with omission. He could just do like the kid who usually takes the order, and fill it, but no, he has to get literal. At Taco bell. It turns out, he's the manager. So I ask him. Don't you think the Burrito Supreme is similar to a combo? He said, "yes but its confusing to the workers." I told him its never been confusing, until now, and you didn't point me to the similarity, you ignored it. You almost sent me away. He shut the window on me. I was the first customer today, at opening. It was the worst burrito I've ever had. It was a combo all right. A combo of a smug manager and a lost customer. Read moreThe employees were friendly, but they didn't seem to understand how to put any effort or pride into their job, although they do work at Taco Bell. We received our food quickly, but I noticed that there were only a few workers. Also, two of the drinks in the soda fountain were out, and the floor was sticky. They messed up our order slightly by putting sour cream on our nachos, and when we asked for them to be fixed, we got our food back. Shortly after, we noticed that they had only scraped the most of the sour cream off. Furthermore, the beans and cheese were undercooked, and solid. We asked for the manager, but they employee told us that the manager was busy at the drive thru window. After about fifteen minutes, the manager came over, and, she didn't seem to understand that what the workers did was wrong, and she asked what we thought needed to be done, as if she didn't think anything was wrong.
