Put in the application, waited on hold forever, got transferred to a few other departments, then was told someone would contact me back because the application is being reviewed, someone calls me back, doesn’t leave a voicemail, I call them back waited on hold another 1hr, finally speak to a woman name Carmen Adame she tells me they are still working on the application and the next time she calls I will pay a deposit. 3hrs later I get a call, it’s Carmen Adame again and I pay a $150 deposit get a email confirmation and was told electricity would be on same day Dec 4th as of Dec 6th still no electricity. Thank God I kept the copy of the application because there’s no end date on there. Both times on the phone with this company I was met with hostility, and I’m sure the slip up happened when they were on the phone with another customer calling her a “karen” in front of other customers in the office…. When you register online to pay your bill. You go thru the whole mess of signing up only to get a "municipalonlinepayment page cant be found". But this is on par for Seguin. Not only is their website full of links that don't work, they are all their own...
