Very shady!!!! Went in and saw a hutch I wanted to get on Saturday. I didn't have a truck on that day so I said I will come the next day Sunday to get. I called on Sunday and asked if I could pay over the phone with a debit card...sure!!! So she took my card info, and I knew something was wrong because she tried to charge me $100.00 over the price. Well Saturday when I was there I took a photo. Hmm anyway I told her on the phone that it's 59.00 not 159.00 ok so she corrected that when I brought to her attention. She said let me go look. So she fixed it. Ok 2 hours later after paying for it over the phone, I pull up in the parking lot and my phone rings, the lady I believe her name is WANDA said Mrs Danley you're gonna hate me, I said why??? We sold your hutch I hung up walked in and asked for a refund. THAT IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I TOLD THE BIG MAN AT THE COUNTER AND I TOLD THE LADY TOO!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY

I bought a new living room suite from this place for over one grand and 7 months later, the couch started breaking in several spots. Even though the store says no refund or exchange, I feel that they should release the name of the distributor so that I can contact them for manufacturers defect. I was told that there is nothing that can be done on the store's end. I sent pictures of the broke furniture and received no response. I was repeatedly told that it was bought as is but it was supposedly new. Furniture breaking down after 7 months of just sitting on it is not acceptable. I will not stop until this issue is resolved. Who pays over a thousand on furniture only to last a few months?! This is a bad business tactic and their attitude about it was straight raw. Where to start, if you're gonna have someone running the register, a pleasant tone and smile are a must, otherwise, self-checkout would be a much better option..another problem is the fact you don't get an itemized receipt, all sales are final...I suggest you calculate your shopping, so there won't be any surprises once you decide to checkout, good luck.. One last thing, you pay more for item just because you ask to put on layaway, that's just dirty and wrong..there should always be one price...
