Very shady!!!! Went in and saw a hutch I wanted to get on Saturday. I didn't have a truck on that day so I said I will come the next day Sunday to get. I called on Sunday and asked if I could pay over the phone with a debit card...sure!!! So she took my card info, and I knew something was wrong because she tried to charge me $100.00 over the price. Well Saturday when I was there I took a photo. Hmm anyway I told her on the phone that it's 59.00 not 159.00 ok so she corrected that when I brought to her attention. She said let me go look. So she fixed it. Ok 2 hours later after paying for it over the phone, I pull up in the parking lot and my phone rings, the lady I believe her name is WANDA said Mrs Danley you're gonna hate me, I said why??? We sold your hutch I hung up walked in and asked for a refund. THAT IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I TOLD THE BIG MAN AT THE COUNTER AND I TOLD THE LADY TOO!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY

Even though the store says no refund or exchange, I feel that they should release the name of the distributor so that I can contact them for manufacturers defect. I was told that there is nothing that can be done on the store's end. I sent pictures of the broke furniture and received no response. I was repeatedly told that it was bought as is but it was supposedly new. Furniture breaking down after 7 months of just sitting on it is not acceptable. I will not stop until this issue is resolved.
