If i could give zero star i will! Rachel the Manager was so unprofessional, don’t even want to listen to my reasons and just completely told us that we cannot return the shoe i bought not even 4 hours ago. I told her it hurts my son’s feet so i just want it replaced by size 11. She told me it is wet and worn so it cant be returned. However it was never worn for walking at all, it is rainy outside and cold the boots was in my son’s stroller the whole time. She removed the sole completely feeling it and it is not wet the bottom of the shoe is not even wet. Only the sides since it was under the stroller and it was raining a little. We have ask her on explaining and showing their return policy just refused to do so. Why would i lie! I bought 3 pairs adults snow shoes and 1 pair of shoe for my 2 year old son a skiing jacket and a bonnet and a gloves. I do know that i did not brought my receipt only because i know that i just bought 4hrs ago and i just want it replaced with the right size! Not even to returned it. But she just refused that she cannot sell it again so she cannot offer us to change it. For the owner of the store i implore you to check your staff specially the manager Rachel. Most of the staff were kind and helpful and that is why we always get our winter skiing gear and clothes and shoes from here. But hearing her not listening to what i have to say is really unacceptable. I refuse to deal with because she repeats everything she says and don’t listen to what i have to say! I told her show us the policy or let me know what i can do, i offer that i will bring the box and the receipt for the proof that i did bought them just few hours ago. But she said no even i bring them she wont have it because she cannot resell what i am returning! CAN YOU HEAR YOURSELF! what kind of store only care on what they sell and not if it helps the customer. For her (Rachel) my only option is to keep the shoes and wear it to my son until his feet bled! Thats what it sounds to me when u say u cannot replace them. You want us to suck it up and let it go! Well would u do the same if it was your son. So UNHELPFUL SO DISAPPOINTED. If i could take a video on how she spoke with us in such disrespectful way. You definitely care only on what u make not if it offers comforts and a valued services to the people who buy your items! What a waste. If i were u people i would never buy from this store. Totally Unacceptable. Here is proof my son didn’t wear the stupid boots! He wore his new balance...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about this shop.
They have EVERYTHING. Their store is stocked with a variety of products and brands, and if they don’t have them, they can order them.
Location: right on the side of the mountain. Need a ski wax? Drop off your stuff, walk across the plaza to Foggy Goggle to grab a beer and then head back to pick up your skis and scoot out to the lifts!
They also have an incredible demo program:
From their website: Try 4 skis for $50 for up to 6 hours. (2 hour limit per pair.) Then when you decide to purchase, that $50 is applied, as a credit, to the sale. You can apply 2 demo fees toward your purchase of skis.
Given that the location is right at the base lift, it’s so easy to made switches throughout the day before deciding to make a purchase.
The staff: I was there on a weekend and it was ALL. HANDS. ON. DECK. The staff was good at keeping the store organized/neat while providing excellent service with boots, skis/boards and clothing.
Ben, the bootfitter (Bootsmith Certified) made me cry; IN A GOOD WAY.
I’ve had a pair of K2 Anthem 100 for about two years (skiied on about 30 days) that had a couple spots felt a little icky. I explained the problems and Ben understood exactly how to address them. He added a pad on the back of my boot to decrease heel movement and bumped out a little space in the toe box to accommodate my (wider than normal) toes/foot bones.
With a couple small changes, my boots fit and feel incredible.
Love love...
Read moreYesterday (SATURDAY) I came to Seven Springs to snowboard. I don’t go very often but when I can, it means a lot to me to get out and ride. The first thing I needed was a wax and sharpen on my rusty snowboard and the guys did an excellent job at Willis, Quick turnaround time and even gave me a few pointers on how to store my board for the summer to cut back on the rust. I appreciated that. Got the board and ready to hit the slopes..
I realized someone had borrowed my board a while back and they switched the bindings around. I tried to use the tools provided on the bench outside but someone had stripped one of the bolts. Dang, back to Willis I go. Without hesitation they helped me get that bolt off, helped me pick out some new mounting hardware. It was a great help getting it fixed and back on the slopes.
I strap in, get on the lift and as soon as I’m (Finally) ready to ride, one of my bindings strap breaks. Clearly is wasn’t my day but, back to Willis I go! Once again without hesitation they help me out. They did what they could to get a new strap, hooked it all up and I was completely good to go hit the slopes. I had some great rides thanks to them.
It was a rough start but I am completely stoked on the guys willingness to help, their attitudes every time I came back and the over all experience. Thank you so much and please tell the guys I said “thank you” one more...
