The tickets were cheap but that was the only good thing about the trip. I ordered one reusable bucket one large drink and a box of candy and it was $43. I asked for a receipt and it was not itemized. I asked for my popcorn to be filled halfway so i could add butter and mix it and the boy employee was sweet and had no problem doing it. When i handed the bucket back to him for the second half the manager came out and said they are not allowed to fill those buckets until 2025 they are just selling them. I was not paying another $25 for a bucket of popcorn. My bucket was already full and i had already touched it and she said i could not have it. She was going to dump it back in when i told her that was unsanitary. I only got a small popcorn because i had to sign up for a rewards card and i got a refund for the bucket because i will not be back. When we got to theater 1 most of the seats are broken so some are leaning forward more than others. A lady in front of me did agree that the whole scene about her not giving me my popcorn was wrong. My husband went and asked if they could turn it down and they immediately jumped up to do it and help. They then came into our theater to ask if it was better, and recognized it still needed to be turned down more, which they did.
It is the small things like this, helping without complaint and following through, that keep us coming back. Thank...
