They're really nice people running it. I went with my friend today, and they printed up a Waiver for her mom (didn't know her mom was techy) so we could have a good day, and we did.
We played Ski-ball and did the coin dozer, played a piano game. My friend had a lot of fun, and us hanging out was the point, so mission accomplished.
However. It was really disappointing to see how many games were broken. We wanted to play "bocce bowling," and couldn't because the $5 game is down. So you must pay $25 for an hour of play.
Something is also wrong with their ticket counter. The manager even admitted the Ticket Wheel game is glitched. I won the 1,000 ticket spin, even the game said so, but when we (cause we were gonna spend our tickets separately) got to the counter to cash in (by my math, carefully counting ticket numbers for my friend and I) over 5,000 tickets between two cards (about 3000 on hers, I'd say I won close to 2500-ish), mine had 143 and hers had 155.
He said the 1,000 ticket winner has a glitch, so if you don't hit a specific (nonexistent, I checked) spot, it gives you FOUR tickets. What?
My friend and I literally couldn't afford any prizes after spending 2 hours in the arcade, because the Lower Cost prizes are junk.
So. $60 later (my friend brought her niece, who spent the couple hours doing her own thing) all 3 of us walked out without a single prize.
But it's okay, just like I told my friend, I didn't go for prizes. I went for fun, and I'll probably go back. Because I really had a lot of fun on that ski ball. Fix the second...
Read moreLacking customer service is a complete understatement. No greeting at the counter, no thank you, nothing. This set off a warning to me having just laid out $100. For a play card. On to the food station, same lack of customer service. Two other women speaking only in spanish thought it was alright to make disparaging remarks thinking what they were saying wasnt understood. The older woman at the food station seemed annoyed we requested condiments for our food, salt, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Had we known the burgers were dry we would have asked for that while getting our food. The cheese sauce on the fries was watered down and sparse at best, hence the need for ketchup. There was no offer of condiments when picking up the food. Two trips were made to the counter for condiments the first was for the fries which had no salt or flavor from the watered down cheese. The second trip was for condiments for both the dry burgers. The older woman at the counter had no problem chatting away with people she seemed to know, as we waited for her to end her conversation before taking our order. After reviewing the other reviews of negative responses it's laughable the response is simply to come back to make it better. Really?! Why anyone would come back after spending so much money to be treated poorly is beyond me. Each customer should be greeted and thanked, very basic stuff there. The help shouldn't think speaking in a different language is good cover for trash talking either. Bottom line, low class, no manners and rudeness are not the way to...
Read moreWe recently celebrated my son's 8th birthday at Fun Blast and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the day special for us. They took care of everything we needed and made sure the kids (and the parents!) had an amazing time.
My son had THE BEST TIME with his friends — they were all smiles and laughter the entire time. It was non-stop fun, and I know this is a birthday they'll all remember for years to come. The whole experience reminded me of the good ol’ days of Mr. Gatti’s parties from when I was a kid — fun, energetic, and full of heart.
Fun Blast really delivered that great local experience that’s getting harder to find. It was worth every penny, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for creating such a special celebration for my son. Thank you, Fun Blast — we’ll...
