If you ever decide to rent a apartment at this place, please be aware and get everything in WRITING!!!!!!
They will quote prices that don't match up to their actual website. Then, to only find out the actual price when you're about to sign the papers. As well as, run your credit and take your money that's outrageously high for the fees to process your application.
If you still decide that you want to live there, please please stay far away from Devon, the sales specialist, or whatever his title is. He's new and doesn't know what he's doing. He plays the part really well by dressing up nice, but doesn't know how to do his job. Says that he will return a call, never does. So unprofessional!
Lastly, there's another review on here that's similar to my experience on how they take your money just for these "so called" fees and tell you things to get you to like and fall in love with the place, but never add up in the end! Most likely, they will try and respond to my review saying that they're sorry or that they don't have any record of me being there. It's a complete lie and they're just trying to protect their image. Read moreManagement team very nice, but disappointed. I applied and paid $400 deposit, plus $100 for whatever Viewed the unit and it did not have a bathtub , which is essential, to me and I would think normal in any home - well they showed me one with a tub which was more money. I decided to pass and they kept my $400. Guess it worked out because don’t want to live where dealings are unfair from the start . 🤨
This is in response to management. — Thank you for your response, but regarding the 24-hour window, that 24-hour window should be adjusted as it took more than 48 hours to actually view the apartment to find out there was not a bathtub in the unit. The apartment I applied for is the apartment I wanted— I was not looking to be upsold. And had I known there was no bathtub in the unit I would not have applied and paid $400. There is no excuse. Maybe include complete description of units so that potential tenants are aware before...
Read moreThe other day, I toured a beautiful new building called the Raye. Not only were the amenities spectacular for a developing building in the Shaker Heights area, but the staff was also very pleasant. The receptionist was friendly, holding the door open for me, and our tour guide, Devon, was exceptionally helpful. He ensured that we were well taken care of during our visit.
My significant other and I toured several model apartments, and Devon was able to accommodate both of our different needs. The Raye offers a diverse range of floor plans, which is fantastic.
I highly recommend that everyone check it out; it's truly spectacular. Thank you to the staff at the Ray, and most importantly, thank you, Devon. I know my boyfriend and I might have been a handful that day, but your patience and assistance were...
