I’m very disappointed. I had to start all over with new furniture and I thought that Homechoice would be the place to buy some of my furniture. I was very excited to get my sofa. One of the things I bought from them was a new sectional sofa. I bought it in November of 2019. My warranty was only good for 2 years. I haven’t even had my sofa for 3 years yet. And one of my cushions is completely torn across the back of one my cushions and the stuffing from my cushion is coming out. I also had my sofa in a pod (storage) for 8 months. So it wasn’t even used for that 8 months. My kids are adults and I live alone. I have taken very good care of my sofa. I thought my sofa would last me for many years and it should have. This definitely should not of happened when I haven’t had it for even 3 years yet. My cushions do not come off. So I have no idea how to repair this and I have no idea how much it will cost me to repair this. I should not have to pay for my sofa to be repaired yet. I would not recommend anyone to buy a sofa from Homechoice. Because obviously their sofas are not made very well.

Read moreSo disappointed, been a customer for 5 years and even worked here. Sadly, for black Friday I wanted to get a table and was turned away. All because the GM Ryan put in my account that I can no longer have any new accounts. I have been on time; I have always paid my account. Just because the GM Ryan doesn't like me because the old store manager physically attacked me and previous staff members, along with scammed and lied to customers. He did not like that I brought that up to the HR attention. Now with the new store manager, she is amazing. Kelly is someone who can really improve this store. Unfortunately, with Ryan being the GM and targeting customers and going on a rampage they will keep losing customers. So many of the old customers have closed accounts and have been telling everyone how Ryan targeted them and even though being customers for years they finally had to leave because of him. Even my own husband who also been with home choice for years was targeted by Ryan. He is a very disruptive person. To be honest after he reads this review, I am sure there will be a call, or something marked on my account, or they will send someone out to get my stuff all because of review. Read moreI am getting really frustrated with my purchase from this company. I was told 10-14 days for delivery of my king bedroom set with mattress and box springs. It’s been 6 weeks. I keep getting told it’s on its way and I had a delivery scheduled for today, and when I called to get an exact delivery time I was told they don’t have it. I feel like I just keep getting the run around and I am not sure I will ever receive this set. I have made 2 payments on this set and about to have to make another. They did bring over the mattress and box spring a couple weeks ago while I’m waiting and I definitely do appreciate that but this is horrible customer service to not get it figured out. Also, nobody ever calls and gives me updates. The only time anyone communicates with me is when I call to find out where my items are. It’s also sad because I have away my old bedroom set based on their 10-14 day promise and now I’m having to live out of laundry baskets because I have nowhere to put my stuff. I’ve also spent hundreds of dollars on new bedding and decor based on this set.
