Ethan is a highly intelligent, extremely competent, passionate and dedicated mechanic, surely one of the best in the industry. Not to mention a very likable person and all around great guy. Reasonably priced and very fair hourly breakdown for all shop work needed to complete repair. Has a wide array of the latest scan tools and diagnostic equipment and very impressive, well organized shop and practically every tool under the sun including America's favorite Snap-On brand of the highest quality. Ethan has very well trained, well mannered and hard working crew of technicians under his leadership that reflect his dedication and high standards in the auto industry. As far as my repair went, his team loaded up my non-drivable vehicle on his trailer (a lot of shops don't offer this) and kept in contact with me about every step and option I had in regards to fixing my vehicle. I had already bought most of the parts/gaskets etc. but didn't have a bolt kit for my catalytic converters, luckily Ethan has a wide array of highly rated bolts that allowed him to complete repair with bolts of equal or greater strength. Ethan is hard-working, reliable, and his attention to detail is impeccable. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, whether it’s maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, or performance. I brought in a high-mileage truck that had some issues. Ethan was able to put me on the schedule for a few weeks out for a proper diagnosis. He called to explain everything in detail along with options and a breakdown of the estimated pricing and warranty information. We moved forward and opted for a new motor and transmission because of the age and mileage of the truck. He kept in touch on the status of the parts and progress. Needed to make a repair appointment 3 months in advance to get service. Service required: 1) engine running rough and needed diagnostic test as to correct the rough idling/RPM issues, timing/carburetor adjustment, 2) flush coolant system, 3) gas pump replacement, 4) check for vacuum and/or air leaks, 5) check for other air/oil/fluid leaks for brakes /transmission /steering /radiator. It took me close to 6 weeks to get my car back with most of the service being done, the most critical service was to repair the rough idling that was not corrected, it stalled twice on my way home. Upon my own idle inspection, I found #6 spark plug ground electrode was bent and touching the center electrode, causing #6 to miss fire along with the carburetor sitting lose on the manifold causing an air fuel mixture issue.
