Will change my review when the problem is solved. I made an online order to be picked up around 8:30pm. I was a few mins late but I’ve ordered online many times before and when I get to the drive thru speaker I tell them I’m here to pick it up and usually they make it while I wait after telling them who I am and etc. but this time my order was ready to hand out the window to me. I tried my best to check everything in the bag but I was blocking the drive thru and there was another truck waiting at the front door for their order also. Well, they close at 9pm right now and by the time I got home which takes atleast 20mins and took everything out the bag; I’m missing one of my chalupa supremes!!! I ordered 2 but only received one. And it was my part of the order cause I always most of the time get myself 2 chalupa supremes and a nacho fries and the rest of the order is for the rest of the family. I guess I will have to stop by there tomorrow when we head to town for an appt so I will try to see if I can atleast get my chalupa supreme so I can have it for my lunch tomorrow. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it was like a $1 taco or burrito but it is one of the more costly items on the menu which is unacceptable. I guess they didn’t double check to make sure the order was all there since it was maybe 30 to 20 mins before closing and I sense a rush rush to get out of there when I pulled to the window and I called like 15 mins before 10pm tonight and no answer on the phone. So I’m sure this was a mess up From being in a big rush to get the doors locked and to go home. Like I said I will change my review and make it a good one if my problem is taking care of. We do a lot of business here and this is the 1st time there was a problem; we let the others slide such as burritos being super sloppy with barely any meat in them(maybe a teaspoon full at the most of hamburger meat) and them stuff with refried beans tho which we don’t really care for but just the regular amount and the normal amount of hamburger meat is totally fine. My husband didn’t even eat his burritos time before this order tonight and wasn’t too thrilled I wanted to get Taco Bell tonight but he said to give them another chance. So I ordered a regular size slushy for one of my orders and I decide that i wanted to upsize my slushy to a Large. Well when I got to the window I asked if I could upsize it to a Large, this so called "Manager" Cynthia not sure if that's the correct name but it shows on my receipt, was very rude and gave me an attitude and said "NO" Twice ! I've worked in Fast Food Restaurants for 2 years and when customers asked if they could upsize something of their order or change something on their order we would with no problem! So I know she could ! Her being the "Manager" shouldn't have that type of personality or attitude towards customers ! She does not need that "Manager" title cause that's not how "Managers" supposed to act towards customers! I never had a bad experience to the point where I feel like I should write a Google Review about my terrible experience! By the way this was my FIRST VISIT TO THIS TACO BELL ! I was online looking at their menu and I decided to order a bowl of rice and beans with chips and nacho cheese dip when I got there. Well online the bowl of rice and beans was together for $1.59 and the picture look like an actual bowl, but when I got my rice and beans it was in a tiny container also it was charged separate! Also I would say I had 15 pieces of chips and dip in a sauce cup. I'm thinking I was getting an actual bowl of rice and beans together not in two separate tiny containers!! And I was thinking I was going to get like a tray of chips with a small cup of dip ! NOPE NOT AT ALL! I paid $5 and some change for this ! Not worth my $5 at all !! Read moreThe food was great. We didn’t receive a receipt. When we got our food, my husband was missing a chicken chalupa from the box. We had told the attendant and she checked the box but after about 10 mins we never received it. He went back to the register and told them he was waiting on the Chalupa. The manager came up and told him to bring his box back up. He explained she had already checked it and he had eaten the other tacos except the one that they had in the box that was supposed to be the chalupa. She was fussing at him in an impolite manner and said the cashier had rung up the wrong box and blamed my husband for the issue. She was very rude and said next time bring your box back up but my husband had already shown the cashier what the problem was. The cashier was friendly and the food was good, the manager was rude and that’s why I give them a 2 rating. The cashier came back and apologized to my husband. She didn’t have her name badge on or I would give her accolades. Other customers saw the incident and came up to us afterwards and said their order was wrong too.
