I want to give a special shout out to DANIEL! I was experiencing some problems with my Verizon account and I was upset to the point I went in store close my account altogether ! After explaining the problem (and being angry), he really took the time to diagnose every issue I was experiencing! Not only that, he stayed 30 minutes after he was supposed to leave to insure that I was completely taken care of... So fast forward a few days later, Yesterday I began having those same issues, and yet again went back in store. I didn’t get much help, and I told them I would return today in hopes that Daniel would be working. As soon as I walked in the door he quickly got on the phone to take care of my problems! Also while on the phone, he assisted “corporate” with handling my problems and they too sincerely thanked him because without him they weren't too sure how to handle these occurring issues! My visit today took some time but he kept the same smile and attitude throughout my whole visit! I can guarantee if it wasn’t for him, I would have closed my account days ago! It’s because of associates like this that make it earlier on customers dealing with bigger issues. Read moreToday (June 1, 2023): I entered this business with a lot of hope and departed in AWE - all because of the customer service that I received and NEEDED from the Shallotte, N.C. Verizon store.
Employee Kelsey S. single handedly, in less than 2 hours, accepted the challenge of contacting, one person after another, likely capable of resolving a very unusual billing issue. It was a separate bill for taxes for Verizon Long Distance service. It is a legitimate billing, until we moved and closed out the phone service with a different company in NC. Confusing, I know. In fact, I worked for days; online, chat, phone conversations and 3 other Verizon store visits. Every effort, on my part, was to make this monthly billing, between $2.00-$3.00 go away.
That said, every person to person Verizon contact and those I spoke with over the phone, really wanted to help me. Each of them did what they could, but ended without success. And I appreciated and understood their effort.

Read moreI am blown away by the customer service of Jordan, Mark and Lori at this store. I, coming from an extensive background in customer service myself, thought they must earn commission on the amount of time they spend helping their customers. I was highly impressed that they really actually took the extra steps of customer service which is way beyond completing a sale. I should write reviews more often but I'm one that doesn't take the time to do it, I absolutely had to write this one. This is customer service at top notch that can't be trained or taught. This is genuine caring people who I hope receive the salary they honestly deserve, but they are kicking butts and taking names!!!! Also I got a demo of. A Bluetooth speaker that I loved and will be purchasing from Verizon next week. I'll put in a good word in for Santa!!!!! I truly hope the people in higher position that you can pay people to fill a chair and people are going to come in to buy phones all day regardless whom is working, but these people are the reason we stay at Verizon, that are the reason I did not suspend my service.
