As a Black Woman, carrying a large black back, I guess I can’t possibly be coming into this store to spend my hard earned money here to purchase what I need, right? I AM CARRYING MY BOOKS, MY big brand new 2025 iPad, my purse and wallet inside!!!! I will never shop at this store again, even if it’s the last store open.

This owner is despicable! Should he switch his focus to WELCOMING his customers in as they enter, instead of not hovering over them as they shop, maybe he would actually have a steady flow of customers daily.

Additionally, he felt as if he was too good to lean in less than 1/2 a inch to accept my $20 bill while I held my bag with my knee, due to my wallet in my right hand and phone in my left… my hands were full.

This store is dark and dull looking, and junky! I won’t shop here again & I see why the recent reviews are 1 star.

Very disappointed in the store. I will not be shopping here anymore. I made a purchase today at the value of $30, I used my debit card as a form of payment and was only provided with the store receipt. I requested a copy of the receipt for my card transactions and was told "we only give the store receipt " and the female at the counter stated that she is not able to print an additional copy. She could only offer to allow me to take a picture. Of course the store policy is no refunds on purchases using a card. As a consumer, I expect to eat provided with valid receipt in return with my payment. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I had a very upsetting experience at Cedar Beauty Supply. The asian man working there was incredibly rude and disrespectful. As he was bagging my items, I noticed he spit into his hand to open the shopping bag—something I found absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. When I called him out on it, he completely denied it and showed no concern. To make things worse, he handed me a pen to sign for my refund using the same hand.
