PNC Bank — Local services in Sharonville

Worst customer service I have ever had at any bank. My husband and I went inside to settle an issue with our business account and we were welcomed with unprofessionalism and nonchalant behavior by their banker Mr. Anthony Williams. First comment that came out of his mouth was referring to what we were wearing. What does that have to do with our account? He even asked me if I was really the height that was on my id. He told us he was in the military, again irrelevant to why we were there. Long story short he was not able to help us. He told us to come back the following day to speak with another banker and that we would be given a call that morning to confirm. We never received a call. I even called the bank myself to make contact a lady answered the phone. She sounded like she didn't want to be there and told me they would call me back. We still received no phone call, so we went to another location and they helped us no problem. I would avoid this location at all cost. I would prefer to give my experience at the Sharonville PNC less than 1 star if that option was available. I stopped at this location on my way to an appointment. I wanted to deposit an insurance check from a very well known company and bank. The teller had me waiting at the window for a ridiculous amount of time which caused me to be late for my appointment and she waited on other customers who came after me. I was told that I could not deposit the check into my account unless I came inside the bank, presented my photo I D. again, and wrote my name on a separate piece of paper to verify my signature and identity. It was clear that I was being racially profiled and also treated as if the check was fraudulent. I asked for the name of the teller. Within 15 minutes after I left the bank, I received a call from someone saying she was the manager at the bank and she tried to make excuses for what occurred. My boyfriend has had an account with PNC for 7 years now. These wonderful people were able to make available a payroll check so that we had the money to buy groceries and pay bills. Another PNC location was not as forgiving and gave us the option to either wait until Tuesday or cash it at a Bank of America and bring the cash back to deposit (spoiler: there are literally no Bank of America's around here).
