Worker was nice off the bat but kept trying to sell us more and more expensive stuff, and was adamant that we don't touch anything, had a music room locked off that you had to ask to go in. Place was not climate controlled so the necks on the instruments where bent, cracked and warped. After a while of walking around we heard the workers in the back talking bad about us and telling his coworker "they aren't going to buy anything". Everything was dirty and not well maintained, smelled of mold and was way too overpriced for its condition. Most clothing was horribly dry rotted, clothing literally fell apart when you touched them. The cameras on display were thrown around and the worker would pull items out of your hand and put more expensive items in your hand. Nothing was organized and tags of other thrift store where found on some items. Will not be going back and do not recommend going unless you plan...

My opinion on somethings. customer service was just what I like. I was asked if I needed help with anything to get their attention. The store is cluttered like no other. Speaking from a point of concerns for the company and customers this location is a liability to both. I would encourage sales to help push items off your floor. Take inspiration from major thrift stores. The prices are relatively fair for what they are. I feel like foot Traffic isn’t strong and could be stronger with the right business model increasing chances Of returning customers who share with their friend. I’d like to return but for now I don’t see that happening with the mountains of Clutter and disorganization. I want the best and most for my small family/church...

I got here by chance when maps brought me to this place. Well, I entered and a lady sitting at the front desk greeted me although she was busy in the phone. When I asked her questions she answered luckily because the person in the other side of the phone was the owner or partner. I ended up just have time to compare musical instruments although there were many other things.
