10 years ago, my husband found a diamond ring at an estate sale, and we weren’t sure of the value. I initially wasn’t sure if I cared for the antique, ornate setting, and was considering having the diamonds removed and placed in a different setting. Enter Jim Kisiolek. He recommended the stones be left in the current setting — but completely downplayed the value of the ring, saying it was only worth about $500-600 and “generously” offered to buy it from us so I could buy a ring I really liked. I decided to keep the ring, and for insurance purposes I needed to get it appraised. Scroggins appraised the ring at $3600!!! The service was as sparkly as my ring! They were more than helpful and kind to find my dream ring! My husband and I had tried the other big stores in the area but had no luck. I saw Kisiolek out the corner of my eye while driving around and decided to check it out. No one told us about the place but we found our rings within the hour! They do have a smaller selection of popular/trending rings but do love the selection of antique styles they have.
