When looking up boba tea near me, biggby coffee comes up. We called ahead before making the drive to ask if they had boba tea, we were told they did. We drove here and through the drive through we asked what their options were for boba tea, they told us we could choose any tea. So we did, we pulled up to the window got our drinks and then asked why there was no boba in them. They then replied “oh we don’t have boba.” my question is why were we told they had boba just to get there and be told they didn’t have any. Why tell false information just for customers? They have excellent coffee but also have other drinks that are absolutely amazing. Every day of the week they have a perdition. One of the days my family and I went, our total was over $40, but the permotion of the day was to purchase any large drink at like a quarter of the price, so we only paid 18ish dollars. This place did not follow important dietary restrictions. My bf is lactose intolerant and we requested his drink be made with soy milk. They did not make it with soy milk, and he ended up having an allergic reaction to it. The food was also vastly over priced.
