NAPA Auto Parts — Local services in Shelby Charter Township

There's a very good reason there is so many 5 star ratings for this place...it's because they earned every one of them. Seriously I am overly impressed with the friendliness and eagerness of the staff to help and not belittle you like some of the other places do. I have to say I wasn't a NAPA guy due to some bad experiences at other locations but this one in particular really sets the bar for how all the other locations should be. Went to this auto parts store to get parts for my son's car. He needed brake parts for his Malibu. I ended up going back TWICE because they gave me the wrong parts TWICE! This was so inconvenient as my son had to wait to get the right parts and had to find a way to work 2 days instead of doing it on a Saturday like planned.
