DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A WIG FOR DAY TO DAY LIFE OR NEED ONE ASAP! Would give 0 stars if I could. Takes at least a month to get the piece you order. Usually longer. Sometimes it's not the piece you even ordered. Doesn't refund, discount for getting your order wrong. If you try to contact them about it, or any of their wrong doings they avoid you. It was almost 3 months before receiving the wig that was ordered, and i had to pick it up when it was supposed to be shipped to my house. They wouldn't respond when trying to contact them. So I drove there. They weren't friendly. And the wig I had waited 3 months for was just sitting on the counter. Also she lies. Says "oh idk it should be here soon, I ordered it on X date" when the shipping label reveals that she didn't order it until you called multiple times about where your wig is! But she will gladly take your money up front.

Ive been customer for 2 years and Very disappointed in lack of caring This is the 2nd time I've paid 350.00 for a wig and was told it would be in shop in 1 week. Its been a month both times. I like many others don't wear a wig for fashion. Its a must. also it's not easy coming up with this much money so when I order a wig I need it!. Here I am again with a thinning wig I've had to wear it in a clip and spray hair spray so it's not seen.This is unacceptable so I'll be seeking a new distributor. The Wig Boutique is out of town for us we live about an hour drive away. Jill was pleasant and helpful. I had looked online for a wig, ordered one and was unhappy with it. Being able to try on multiple styles and colors of wigs makes all the difference in the world. Yes the wig I purchased was more expensive than an online store would have been for a comparable wig, however I knew exactly what I was buying.
