This is going to be long, but I am truly appalled with both the food AND the situation. Stopped in on my way home after a 14 hour work day. I'm generally an understanding person so when they forgot my nacho bell grande, I was only mildly annoyed. The problem is when I attempted to eat my Mexican pizza. Not only was the box ripped up and smashed, but the "food" inside was beyond disgusting. The round tortilla layers were an off-putting shade of brown and very brittle. I was tired and starving, so I made the attempt to see if it was possibly still edible. Huge. Mistake. It tasted like old, nasty fry oil. I hate to play the angry customer, but this was too revolting for me to ignore. I called up there to speak with a manager and he responds with "Well, I can tell you all of our fried shells look like that because the fry oil needs to be changed, but we aren't getting new oil until tomorrow". How is this okay? This Taco Bell was KNOWINGLY frying food in nasty oil. They could have at least informed customers of the situation during the ordering process and allowed them to decided whether or not they wanted to take the risk or change their order. I don't understand how every employee who handled my food still proceeded to box this garbage up and hand it to me in a paper bag.

This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Order da13c1 at 4:51. The last time I told her I was short changed, she insisted I gave her the wrong amount, I said okay, and let it go. I made sure today that would not happen again, thinking I’m crazy. This is the same cashier who took our order from last time, Sarah S. I gave her 22.78 and asked her “78 cents correct, showing her my hand of change, she said yes. Thinking there would be no issue this time around. She gives me 9.80 back and says I only gave her 58 cents instead of 78, which was false, I showed her my hand with 78 cents. I didn’t argue with her, when I told her it was 78, she insisted it was 58 and it was not. Check the cameras. I’m not sure if she does this for extra money or is gaslighting. I know I gave her 22.78 and wanted a 10 back. If she really thought it was 58, she could have said, hey, this is 58, not 78. Please check cameras.I having to write a review over this, but I will not be coming back to this location. I am disappointed because they are so generally nice and honest here, and come here all the time. Not anymore.

Drive thru service is pretty good with timing during the lunch rush, but recently there has been a young lady that takes the order who literally SCREAMS everything, she isnt doing it rudely but is just extremly loud. Older lady with glasses that hands out the food seems like a sweetheart and just gives out positive energy when i see her! Cant go wrong with The Grande Nacho box with a Pepsi.

Within a 12 minute visit tried to steal my bank card the girl that took my card didn't give it back we had two different people come to window after I handed and waiting for my card asking If we're waiting on a mobile ordered or did we just order food, finally when handed a bag I barely took my foot off the brake but can't reverse because someone's behind me feeling really upset i need my bank card we have no choice but to turn around park go in, i handed my card over can give you the full name on the credit but when I walked in there's no customers a ton of employees the girl who took my card maybe 7 minutes ago is GONE! ??? Where is she what is going on? Why didn't she step up and say oh im sorry then it wouldnt feel like shes robbing me? I say out to anyone who cared I need my card she didn't hand it back? A girl walks over and seriously asked me for an ID how would i know you have the name on that card if it wasnt me I said I haven't left yet she didn't hand me my card she tells me she Needs my I.D I asked how many credit cards do you have of other people HOW does this happen!! It made me sick to my stomach that I don't see the person I handed my card to minutes ago now I have to walk away get my I.D all within 12 minutes (so you can take the numbers off the card for a shopping spree later?) How does this happen in minutes. Go to any other taco bell that's just a few miles away! I was charged two orders and with how out of the normal this situation was I have the burden of ordering a new card! I am so upset and they all know that I don't want to this happen to anyone...

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life, and first time I have ever been ripped off by a Taco Bell. I had ordered a ~$14ish meal on Friday at 6:52pm (Christmas Eve) using a DoorDash gift card I had received. The order was pick up. Apparently the store was closing at 7PM. So we showed up and picked up the order. The drive-thru attendant told me that they only made one of the items because they were closing at 7PM, and that I should take it up with DoorDash. I was a bit stunned and it didn't make sense, but I didn't say anything and took the one item and left. This threw off dinner because some of us couldn't eat. A couple days later I think to myself, maybe I can just have them fulfill the order now (for the items that weren't at least). Instead, I call up and they are unwilling to consider fulfilling the order they already collected for. They told me that I have to go through DoorDash. I left them a bad review on DoorDash out of disappointment, and call again telling him that I will continue leaving reviews because of the terrible customer experience, and he still pretty much wasn't interested in rectifying the problem. DoorDash wasn't exactly easy to contact through the website, but we found the phone number through a different source and they have refunded my order. I had visited the Taco Bell location probably 100 times, but I will never...
