Went here to celebrate my birthday thinking I was going to have a wonderful time with my friends. Not the case at all! Made a reservation for 12:45 party of 6 and although we had reservation scheduled 2 days prior we still had to wait even when there was tables and booths empty! The place is STUNNING beautiful everything I was hoping for to take cute pictures and just be a girly girl. Food was amazing super delicious and the price of the food well worth it. However, the drinks were horrible they need to hire another bartender or create a whole new drink menu that is worth the price and worthy of such beautiful place. Mind you, it was not one drink ordered, it was 6 and all of them even the mocktail was beyond nasty none of us could finish the drinks not even half way not even that. But the one thing that threw me off completely and made us all feel like we “didn’t belong there because of our ethnicity” was the service provided. Our host Lindsay was so rude, impatient, had no empathy or didn’t even cared that it was a special day for me. My friends and daughters all adults told her multiple times its her birthday what do you recommend all she did was say whatever you want and was rushing us to place our order. Mind you, it was our first time there so it is normal to browse the menu and see what we want. No she was rushing us and came to the table multiple times with an attitude interrupting us while we were speaking in spanish while going through the menu and explaining to 2 of my friends what the menu was, ingredients and so on. Lindsay had a problem with this clearly shown in her face. With every other table she was smiling, very talkative but when it came down to our table she was rude and annoyed. When we finally decided what to order she again was rushing even said at one point to hurry up so she can “finally put this order in”. Beyond rude. Food finally came, potatoes were missing and it wasn’t until 15mnts later she came to the table annoyed because my daughter told her she was missing the potatoes she had the nerve to go to another host irritated talking about out table pointing at us and looking at us like we didn’t belong there. All of this caught on camera! She finally came back my daughters asked if they could place an order for what seemed to be like an icecream or cupcake or something with berries and like a candle type of thing on top to celebrate my birthday. They asked for this multiple times since we were seated again because it was my birthday and we wanted to celebrate. Not only did she ignored the requests prior multiple at that point, once we were done with the food it was requested again she had the nerve to say NO because she had already our checks (that we did not asked for) in her hand to hand it to us so we could pay! I am the type of person that will not mind spending money on a weekly basis to go to a place I really like specially this beautiful and even if the food or drinks are not good but the service is top notch I will come back and recommend it. However, even if Im in love with the food, ambience and the place is beautiful but the service is trash since walking through the doors that will be a place I will make sure not to recommend and not to come back to. Horrible first time for sure. Ya’ll need to do better service wise and drinks wise. If a reservation is made don’t have people wait what’s the point of a reservation? Your hosts? They need training they need to smile they need to be cordial and treat people nicely specially in such a gorgeous venue, and bartenders? Yes they need to go to bartender school and learn to mix drinks and also expand the drink menu! Beautiful place, amazing food but...

We made reservations for noon and had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seated. Our table was wet and still had food remnants on it but I brushed it off and didn’t think too much more on it. Then I looked at all the other tables and saw they all had a cute little flower center piece and silverware. Ours didn’t. So obviously they rushed to turn the table and didn’t put detail into it. Our waitress came over near immediately and asked if me and my daughters wanted drinks and I asked if we could have another minute to look over the mocktails. We didn’t see her again for around 10 minutes so at this point we also put our food orders in. The mocktails are expensive for their size. $9 dollars for a couple sips. I ordered a latte that didn’t come with my daughter’s drinks so I waited…. And waited…. And waited. Then my one daughters food came out and I asked about my latte (note we hadn’t seen our waitress in a while and this wasn’t our waitress) so they go to get it and it’s just been sitting there and is lukewarm now. Then a guy comes out with more food asking who ordered the r&h French toast. None of us ordered that. I say that we ordered the east side French toast and the gelato French toast so he leaves then comes back saying it was the east side. That’s fine. Then my other daughter finally gets her food. Super odd they didn’t just bring it all out together and instead opted to bring them out like this. We still don’t have any silverware. I ask for some and a different server brings them out. Then we have no syrup and we finally see our waitress again and she brings syrup, salt, and pepper…. For our pancakes and French toast….our waitress leaves then while we are still eating brings the bill. I found this to be rude but I put my card down. We finish our meals and wait…. And wait… and wait… then someone comes over and asks if we need anything and I smiled and said just waiting to pay. He goes “oh ok” then walks behind the bar. Then nothing and we’re back to waiting. Our waitress is nowhere in sight. She finally comes over, runs my card, hands the terminal to leave a tip, then leaves. All without saying a word. Then the hostess comes out and places a centerpiece like all the other tables. I couldn’t help but chuckle at this point.
The food was great but insanely overpriced for what it was. $17 for a single piece of French toast and some berries is wild. Granted they’re thick but it’s still wild. $9 mocktail, $6 for a teacup sized lavender latte, it’s all wild. 3 meals, 1 mock tail, 1 latte, and an apple juice was $71 dollars.
The pricing wouldn’t even bothered me at all as the food was delicious but the service absolutely sucked. Service trumps food for me. Excellent service will make me return to mediocre food but no matter how good a meal is, I’m not returning anywhere with...
Read moreIf I could rate this place a ZERO I would. This place has a beautiful aesthetic and THAT’S ALL. We were seated in a timely manner. The staff is very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Let’s start with our waitress I would of known her name if she would have introduced herself but of course she didn’t (unprofessional), our first time and LAST TIME there so we have questions about the menu. This waitress young female with acne all over her face thought everything was a joke laughing at us when asking about the menu ( incompetent) she knew absolutely NOTHING. We should have just left then. We decided to order food while one person in the group was reading off the menu ordering food the waitress walked away in the middle of her order then came back like nothing happened (disrespectful and very unprofessional). After that I knew I order was going to be wrong. Ordered mimosas the worse I’ve ever had. The waitress failed to mention they were out of Prickly Pear that was ordered and decided to bring a pineapple mimosas without even asking. When asked what is this she said oh it’s pineapple, we don’t have Prickly Pear, then why wouldn’t you come back to the table and tell us that. She proceeds to say in a snappy tone, “then what do you want”. Food was brought to our table, placed in front of us everything was wrong they picked it up and took it to another table because it wasn’t our order. When asked how much longer for our correct order the waitress said I don’t know when and whispered to her manager something, then the manager came out with an attitude and said they were backed up it will be out shortly. When our food started coming out one asked where is her sides the waitress said they coming down the line you didn’t order with your original order which she did the waitress began to become argumentative and said I’m not about to go back and forth with you while laughing and proceeds to walk away. At that moment is when we decided that this establishment does not deserve our money and after exchanging words with the manager and “the waitress” who was still standing with her manager while we were voicing our concerns, laughing. First off the customers are always right this should be taught in your establishment. Two the waitress should have been removed from the situation because at the moment she’s standing there with the manager laughing while we’re talking. It wasn’t until I said this employee should not even be standing her while we’re discussing because now this is becoming confrontational and she’s out of order. We were treated very poorly. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the entire staff has attitude problems and our rude to their customers. I wish I could’ve rated the food but after the way we were treated we didn’t...
